Jinger Duggar Wedding Video: Jinger And Jeremy Vuolo Post First Video From Wedding [Video]
Jinger Duggar married Jeremy Vuolo in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, today as nearly 1,000 guests witnessed the exchange of vows. The wedding date and location had remained a secret until today when the Duggar family announced that Jinger was officially married.
The announcement began with a video from Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar informing fans that Jinger was now a married woman.
The video was posted shortly after the Duggars sold the exclusive wedding story to People Magazine. The Duggars tell People that Jinger was married at Cathedral of the Ozarks at John Brown University and that 1,000 guests were in attendance. That large guest list was unexpected given that Jinger had revealed to Us Weekly that she wanted to keep the ceremony “intimate.”
“We’re trying to keep it intimate, between family and friends. We want to be very intentional with who we invite.”
The Duggars are keeping many of the wedding details private until the TLC special, but they did provide a few details regarding the wedding party. The Duggars reveal that Jessa Seewald was maid of honor (or matron of honor since she is married) and that Jeremy’s brother Charles was the best man. Jeremy’s father Chuck officiated the ceremony.
Jeremy and Jinger wasted no time creating their own personal couple’s blog and quickly posted a photo from their wedding along with a statement to fans.
“YES! We are married! We are so thankful to God, our parents and our wonderful families and friends for celebrating this day with us and for helping us arrive at this moment in time. We love that we now are beginning our lives together as one, before God.”
Just a few hours later, the pair posted a video taken from the wedding ceremony. Jinger is still wearing her wedding dress as the couple thank God for their relationship and for answering their prayers. Jinger goes on to thank her fans for their support and to express her gratitude for everyone that sent them well wishes.
For fans hoping to watch as Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo exchange vows, it appears the wait won’t be long. TLC has announced that the episode will air on November 15, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. EST.
“Watch Jinger’s nuptials in a special episode, Counting On: Jinger’s Wedding, on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 8 p.m. ET on TLC.”
Following the wedding, Jessa Seewald, Jinger’s sister, posted a photo of Jinger in her wedding dress to Instagram with a series of heart-eye emojis, noting that she is so happy for her sister and that the wedding was beautiful.
Though the family has left most of the wedding details under wraps until the big TLC special, some details have been provided about the couple’s honeymoon plans. Jinger revealed that the pair are going to spend a few quiet days together before heading to Australia and New Zealand on honeymoon.
“We plan to get away for a couple of days alone together and then will be leaving the country for an amazing trip to New Zealand and Australia. We are so excited and so thankful for this amazing trip to start our marriage together. Most of all, we are just excited that we will be together … married!”
Jinger’s wedding wasn’t the only thing happening in the Duggar family today. Jessa’s son Spurgeon also celebrated his first birthday. Prior to the wedding announcement, the Duggars posted a birthday tribute to their grandson.
