Hulu Latest News: November Comings And Goings, James Bond, ‘Rocky,’ New Networks And ‘The Affair’ On Showtime


It’s a new month and that means there’s a new lineup of television shows and movies on Hulu. Hulu released a full list of their November comings and goings in a press release. You may view the full list of shows arriving and departing in November at the website. While new shows and movies will be released continually throughout the month, a number of programs will leave at the end of November. Movies leaving include American Psycho, American Psycho 2, Bridget Jones The End of Reason, Stigmata, Under Fire, Married to the Mob, The Blair Witch Project, Scary Movie 2 and 3 and The Falcon and the Snowman.

Hulu welcomes a number of movies perfect for children, teenagers and adults this month. There is a wide selection of James Bond movies to choose from. Children may enjoy both The Addams Family and The Addams Family Values. Also coming to Hulu in November is Fargo, the Jodie Foster thriller The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane, Mel Gibson’s Mad Max and the Rocky series. The movie Creed will be on Hulu beginning November 15. If you’ve missed any of the Rocky movies, now is the perfect time to get caught up.

Some programs currently on Hulu you might not want to miss include Good Will Hunting, Up In The Air and the National Geographic, Leonardo DiCaprio special Before the Flood. The documentary focuses on climate change and the dangers climate change bring to the planet. Classic programs and Hulu originals include The Mindy Project, Seinfeld, Difficult People and the Hugh Laurie original series Chance.

In other latest news, Hulu announced they acquired rights to Walt Disney and 21st Century Fox programming. Not only does this give Hulu access to new networks such as ABC, Freeform and ESPN, but they will introduce live programming in 2017. Hulu CEO Mike Hopkins. explained in a press release.

“We’re building a service that offers subscribers the most sought-after programming on television — and channels from 21st Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company are essential to that mix. With these two new deals in place, and additional partners to come, Hulu will soon give TV fans of all ages live and on-demand access to their favorite programs in a whole new, more flexible, highly personalized way.”

According to the latest news announcement, the new deal will bring in more than 35 networks. Hulu also announced the addition of 10-second rewind and the upcoming Hulu VR app coming to Google VR.

Hulu has expanded their original features and currently have a number of popular programs. Casual, Amy Poehler’s Difficult People, Chance and The Path are just a few of Hulu’s original series that have become extremely popular.

As November brings Thanksgiving and gives way to Christmas, there is plenty of time for binge watching your favorite programs and movies on Hulu. Hulu has several subscription plans and even those who don’t have a paid Hulu subscription can enjoy watching popular shows. Hulu also has an add-on feature and subscribers can include Showtime to their package. A Showtime package gives you unlimited access to Showtime on demand movies and television shows. You also have the option of watching Showtime live streaming. This is quite advantageous for those who have a smart TV with the Hulu app.

One of the most anticipated Showtime series to return in November is Season 3 of The Affair. The Affair Season 3 premieres on Showtime on November 20. You may watch the trailer in the video player below.
