Have Nicki Minaj and boyfriend Meek Mill called it quits because of her friendship with Drake?

According to BET, the twosome, who are thought to have been dating for around two years, appeared to take shots at each other on social media amid claims that Minaj has been getting closer to Drake and helping him through his breakup with Rihanna, despite his and Mill’s nasty feud.

BET speculated that the couple could have been alluding to trouble in paradise within their relationship on Instagram on November 2 after both Minaj and Mill got into a war of words.

Nicki appeared to start the drama, posting a meme featuring Denzel Washington alongside the text, “Never help an ungrateful person get on their feet. It’s like telling a wolf that you’re a sheep.”

Nicki’s meme also read, “Real didn’t recognize real ’til fake showed up.”

While Minaj’s cryptic Instagram meme could have been referring to any number of her peers, Mill appeared to confirm that he was the one Nicki was taking aim at, allegedly commenting on the snap with some pretty scathing words of his own.

The Shade Room captured a screen shot of Meek’s alleged response to Minaj’s message, where he wrote in response, “That’s why I make sure I stand on my own and was M’d up when I met you.”

Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill have not confirmed if their social media drama is the sign of a breakup, though this isn’t the first time in recent weeks that Mill appears to have taken aim at Minaj on social media.

Urban Islandz claimed that Meek appeared to slam Nicki and Drake on Instagram last month before then deactivating his account for several days.

While Meek’s alleged messages have not been confirmed, the site claimed that Mill wrote in one post as the feud rumors hit the headlines, “When it’s going down these n****s nowhere to [be] found most of these n****s [be] so temporary.”

Meek then seemingly confirmed that he was putting Nicki on blast, seemingly calling her his “temporary” girlfriend by adding, “B*****s [be] so temporary.”

Mill then appeared to turn his attention to Drake amid reports that he and Nicki had been getting closer in recent weeks, reportedly writing in another Instagram post, “Say she f****** with him… I’m like she f****** wit who? Cuz now she f****** wit me ‘tuh’ #YOUKNOWWWWWWW.”

Minaj and Mill have not commented on their social media activity and have not confirmed a breakup, though reports of drama for the couple also come just days after it was claimed that the couple could have been going through a rough patch due to Minaj’s friendship with Meek’s feud partner Drake.

Reports claimed last month that Nicki and Drake’s relationship could have been causing tension between her and Mill as the two rappers have been locked in a pretty nasty feud for months.

Just days after the site claimed that Drake was “infatuated” with Nicki and ready to start dating her, despite her and Meek’s romance, a source revealed to the site that Minaj was a no-show at Drake’s recent 30th birthday party at Meek’s request.

An insider alleged that Nicki did receive an invite to Drake’s big birthday party, which was attended by huge names including Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, but revealed that Minaj skipped out on the soiree so as not to hurt her boyfriend’s feelings during his feud with the “Hotline Bling” rapper.

“They had a fight about it,” the site claimed of the drama that Drake’s party invite allegedly caused for Nicki and Meek, adding that Minaj decided not to attend because “she didn’t want to hurt Meek’s feelings” during their feud after Mill took aim at Drake again just last month.
