‘RHOC’ Meghan King Edmonds Refuses To Raise Daughter In California; Real Housewives of St. Louis?

Is RHOC star Meghan King Edmonds moving on from the show? The mother-to-be reportedly refuses to raise her daughter in California. Why does Edmonds want to keep her new baby out of the O.C.?

Apparently, Meghan King Edmonds is looking to shack up with her husband Jim Edmonds full time in St. Louis. The reality star has reportedly already planned to give birth in Missouri, according to Radar Online.

“She’s going to St. Louis to have her baby in December and that’s all I can confirm.”

On the finale of the Real Housewives of Orange County, Meghan King Edmonds hinted that she might not be returning to the O.C. to raise her daughter after a lot of things that went on.

“I’ve seen a lot of things that I don’t like this year, and I feel like these other women are really going too far.”

Will Meghan reveal whether or not she will be returning to the Bravo reality show on the upcoming reunion episode? The reunion episode of Season 11 of the Real Housewives of Orange County was filmed on October 20.

“If this is the kind of example my child has to look forward to in the O.C., I don’t know if I want to be around for that.”

As seen on the show, Meghan’s husband, Jim Edmonds, spends the majority of his time in St. Louis. His wife confirmed in the episode that she is “contemplating a permanent move back to St. Louis.”

Meghan King Edmonds Shares Struggle With Depression During Pregnancy

Meghan King Edmonds is currently in St. Louis, where she just celebrated her third baby shower. That’s right, third.

The reality star’s husband Jim was noticeably absent from the baby shower. Jim Edmonds already has two children in St. Louis, Landon, and Sutton.

“The little ones are so excited [for their half-sibling] and it’s so stinking cute.”

“My 8-year-old step daughter just wants to be in the nursery with me all day long, put together everything there is to put together with me… she’s just being a little mother.”

Jim Edmonds also has two adult children, Lauren. 23, and Hayley, 19, who live in Orange County.

Perhaps Meghan’s motives for moving to St. Louis also include being closer to her long-distance husband once they have their first child together.

King and Edmonds have been rumored to have had struggles with their marriage. Jim has also received quite a bit of backlash after being seemingly uninterested in Meghan’s pregnancy on the show.

Meghan has also had quite a difficult pregnancy; with the couple’s struggle to conceive and the use of IVF, to Meghan’s personal struggle with depression throughout her pregnancy.

Meghan King Edmonds recently opened up about her antepartum depression on Twitter after a fan wrote to her telling her that “antepartum depression is very common.”

Postpartum depression has become something that many women are aware of, but Meghan’s struggle with depression during pregnancy was something that there was not too much awareness about.

After a rough season on the Real Housewives of Orange County and a not-so-smooth pregnancy, it is possible that Meghan King Edmonds will say goodbye to her life of reality stardom and say hello to a quiet life in the south with her husband Jim and their new baby.
