Dorit Kemsley: All About The New ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Star And Her Boy George Connection

Dorit Kemsley is officially a Real Housewife and based on the trailer for the Beverly Hills-based reality show, she’ll cause plenty of drama in the upcoming seventh season. Entertainment Weekly posted the new trailer for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which shows Dorit butting heads with co-star Erika Girardi.

In the new trailer, Girardi seemingly calls Kemsley out for her antics.

“I don’t like bull s**t, Dorit, and that’s what I think you are,” Erika says.

While she clearly doesn’t get along with Girardi, Dorit Kemsley has a close friend and ally in RHOBH queen bee, Lisa Vanderpump. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Vanderpump said that while a new Housewife always “changes the dynamic” of the group, the addition of Dorit to the cast actually worked in her favor.

“She’s actually a friend of mine, so I like her,” Lisa told ET. “Normally, they beat me up, so this one worked!”

Dorit Kemsley, 40, is a designer and mom of two and she is married to English land developer and entertainment manager Paul “PK” Kemsley. Dorit Kemsley also has a full house. According to People, in addition to her toddler son, Jagger, and newborn baby girl, Phoenix, Kemsley’s 10,000 square-foot mansion is home to singer Boy George. Dorit’s husband, Paul, is the manager to the ’80s music icon, so expect the “Karma Chameleon” crooner to be a de facto Housewives star this season.

Boy George is such a good friend of the Kemsleys that he sang at their 2015 wedding, according to Wedding Style magazine. In addition, the Culture Club lead singer is actually the godfather to Dorit and Paul Kemsley’s baby, Phoenix.

While Boy George and Lisa Vanderpump will surely have her back, that doesn’t mean Dorit Kemsley won’t have her own share of drama with the other Real Housewives cast members. In addition to her shouting match with Girardi, RHOBH Insider, a Twitter page dedicated to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spoilers, revealed that an unnamed Housewife flashed Dorit’s husband, which also caused some drama.

In one post, the insider teased that “an older cast member” went to an event wearing a tight-fitting dress with no underwear underneath it and she inadvertently flashed Paul Kemsley, causing “quite a stir and some drama.” Many fans believe the unnamed flasher was Girardi, who is known for her barely-there outfits and carefree attitude.

In a statement to People, Dorit described the upcoming season of RHOBH as “super dramatic,” and she admitted she found herself in situations that she has never been in before.

“I believe I stood my ground and whilst I don’t thrive on drama, I also won’t shy away from it,” Kemsley told the magazine. “I will always stand up for myself and my family. I’ll try wherever possible to take the kind route and have a good sense of humor but I’m not the type to sit there and be attacked without responding.”

It sounds like Dorit’s RHOBH drama will unfold all over the globe. The new season of the show will include cast visits to Mexico, Greece, and China.

In addition to Dorit Kemsley, newcomer Eden Sassoon joins the 7th season of the Bravo hit. Veteran RHOBH stars Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards also return to the show, as well as Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi, and Eileen Davidson, while franchise alums Kim Richards and Camille Grammer will appear in guest roles.

You can see Dorit Kemsley make her reality TV debut when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 7 debuts Dec. 6 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
