Chrissy Teigen Says She Can’t Handle The ‘Bad Sh*t’ On Social Media, And Why She Tried To Give Rihanna A $12 Bill At The Grammys

Chrissy Teigen, the famous American model, has been forced to confront internet trolls ever since a critic attacked her on social media for choosing the sex of her baby while becoming pregnant using IVF.

The popular model and her husband, John Legend, were very honest about their struggle to have children and that their dream came true after using IVF. The celebrity couple also announced that they wanted a baby girl, so they selected a female embryo to be implanted during IVF.

However, Chrissy Teigen was shocked when internet trolls attacked her decision to choose her baby’s sex during IVF. She had no idea that critics would question her personal decisions, mostly because she’d always been so friendly with her online followers. In fact, the exceptionally happy couple are very popular on social media because they’ve always been very generous in sharing every minute detail of their private lives.

Chrissy Keegan reportedly turned into a Twitter Fairy Godmother after she gifted a $400 blender to one of her online followers. It seems that the follower had planned to buy a blender, but she ended up buying Cravings, Chrissy’s cookbook, because it looked very enticing. In a way, the famous Sports Illustrated model compensated her follower with a gesture of goodwill because she has always acknowledged the love of her fans.

Obviously, she was completely unaware that sharing her personal life with her online followers was going to turn her social media experience into a nightmare. It was very unpleasant for the pregnant actress and model to face such a negative barrage from her critics, who believed the couple should not have gone against the natural order of things.

More recently, Chrissy Keegan was upset by another group of internet trolls who mocked her friend, Kim Kardashian, after the reality television star’s jewelry was stolen during her visit to Paris.

Entertainment Tonight reports that the FabLife actress has been quite vocal in her opinions about the upcoming U.S. presidential elections. Most recently, the model commented on the debate between the vice-presidential nominees, but unfortunately, she hadn’t configured her account to be a private account. According to E!, the popular model revealed she’s currently not in the right state of mind to experience negative emotions while on social media.

“It’s not haters or trolls or generally mean people. I just feel like I am absorbing bad sh*t 24/7. My body and mind cannot handle it anymore.”

Even though Chrissy Teagan remarked that she’s not perturbed by negative criticism, she’s certainly aware of the negative effects of online ranting and she knows that this type of behavior is not an effective anger management tool. Ever since her modeling days, Chrissy Teagan has tried to be a positive role model for women, encouraging women to be positive about their bodies and to feel free and confident about their appearance.

Teagan’s decision to air her private business online was not a mistake. She’s always been fully aware of what she’s doing. However, at the same time, she understands that her followers will always remain inquisitive, and there’s not a lot she can do about it. In fact, it appears that Chrissy Teagan acknowledges the very human trait of curiosity because the model has admitted to opening Rihanna’s leftover mail after moving into the “Diamonds” singer’s former home.

According to News Australia, the new mom spoke of her husband’s embarrassment when she expressed her wish to give Rihanna the $12 bill that came in one of the singer’s letters.

“Every once in a while, I get a bill of Rhianna’s. I really want to give it back to her, so I tried to bring this one to the Grammys, and John [Legend] said, ‘No, please don’t.'”
