‘Days Of Our Lives’: Orpheus Sets Kayla And Marlena On Fire – Can John And Steve Save Them In Time? [Spoilers]

Days Of Our Lives spoilers tease that things are going to get dangerous for Kayla and Marlena. On Friday’s episode, the two women were kidnapped by Orpheus. What is his plan for John and Steve’s loved ones? It turns out that his revenge plot could be lethal.

On Friday’s episode of Days Of Our Lives, Orpheus (George DelHoyo) pretended to be a magician. At the Halloween fundraiser at the hospital in Salem, Steve, Kayla, John, and Marlena were watching the show. Suddenly, Orpheus, who was wearing a mask, asked for volunteers. All the children eagerly raised their hands. However, he chose Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Marlena (Deidre Hall).

The women stepped into coffin-type wooden boxes and the lights went out. When the power was switched back on, Kayla and Marlena were gone and so was Orpheus. Now, John (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) know the missing body from the morgue was no hoax. Orpheus is still alive on Days Of Our Lives.

According to Soap Opera Digest, Orpheus will try to set Kayla and Marlena on fire. Can John and Steve save them before it’s too late? Marlena Evans is counting on it, according to actress Deidre Hall.

“Orpheus has put them in a vulnerable position and Marlena doesn’t do victim well. She is a powerful survivor and while she’s thinking, ‘Oh, man, this doesn’t look good,’ her faith in John and her faith in her future I think overrides all the fear.”

The Days Of Our Lives actress also teased that Kayla and Marlena are both strong women and are smart. Besides, John Black has never failed Marlena before.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Andre DiMera (Thaao Penglis) is somehow tied in with this storyline. He ends up helping John and Steve, although fans have to wonder what he gets out of it. It turns out that the two men get a tip from Andre. John and Steve ask Paul (Christopher Sean) for help. They arrive at the docks and save the women just in time.

As a bonus DOOL spoiler, George DelHoyo’s last air date is on November 1. Will he be killed (again) or will he be sent back to prison? How will the villain be stopped before he tries to harm anyone else on the soap opera?

Other Days Of Our Lives spoilers include Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) being arraigned. As fans recall, her recorded confession to Stefano DiMera’s murder was made public by Andre. She is arrested and taken down to the station. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) try to convince her she doesn’t have to confess to the crime. However, she disagrees and vows to protect the two men since they helped her cover it up.

Also, expect Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Deimos Kiriakis (Vincent Irizarry) to question Nancy (Patrika Darbo) about Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) whereabouts. They must find her because a second paternity test is done on the unborn child. Bjorlin teased that the biological father was a complete shock to her. This means it will probably come as a surprise to fans, too.
