‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Hope Brady Arrested For Stefano DiMera’s Murder — Protects Rafe Hernandez And Roman Brady

Days Of Our Lives is going to take a shocking turn for Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso). As fans guessed, Stefano DiMera’s murderer would not stay hidden forever. One day, the truth was going to come out, which happened to be on Friday’s episode. What happens with Hope and Rafe next? Spoilers reveal that Hope gets arrested, but promises to protect Rafe and Roman.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Galen Gering, the actor who plays Rafe Hernandez on Days Of Our Lives, teased the storyline months ago. While specific details were not revealed, the soap opera star did say there would be repercussions for Hope and Rafe when it came to Stefano DiMera’s murder. It looks like that time has come, and just when everyone in Salem thought the worst was over.

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, Galen Gering and Josh Taylor, who plays Roman Brady on Days Of Our Lives, tease what is coming next. After the recording of Hope’s confession is played in the town square for all of Salem to hear, she is arrested. At the moment, it is about getting Hope out of there and doing damage control.

As for Rafe, DOOL spoilers reveal that he is in disbelief at first. Then, he wants to pretend that it didn’t happen and reason it away. However, Andre DiMera (Thaao Penglis) arrives at the police station. He admits to stealing the recording from Aiden Jennings (Daniel Cosgrove). Somehow, he hacked into the sound system to get the recording to play at the worst possible moment. Next, Andre says he is going to destroy Hope, Rafe, and Roman.

Regarding Rafe and Roman’s involvement in Stefano DiMera’s murder cover-up on Days Of Our Lives, Hope promises to protect them. The two men assure Hope that she doesn’t have to go that route. Just as Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) walks into the police station, Hope confesses to murder. Of course, Chad is not pleased to hear that Hope killed Stefano. He rips into the detective, as Rafe thinks about how to help her, Gering teases.

“She’s someone that he cares truly, madly, deeply about. He wants to try to help her out, but it’s an insanely difficult situation.”

Some fans are wondering if Hope Brady’s arrest means Kristian Alfonso is leaving Days Of Our Lives. That is not likely. She might go through a trial, but Stefano was a villain that tormented many people in Salem over the years. Add to that the emotional distress Hope was under, she will probably get very little time, if she receives any at all.

A few months ago, it was reported that Days Of Our Lives was looking to cast a tough, female prison inmate. Many wondered who was going to jail. Hope Brady was one theory fans had because of her killing Stefano. Perhaps this is someone Hope will encounter after her arrest? Or does this new character have nothing to do with Kristian Alfonso’s storyline?

Other DOOL spoilers for next week include Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) still not being found. As fans recall from Friday’s episode, they were kidnapped by Orpheus (George DelHoyo). The last day of his story will air on November 1. It is likely that John (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) will find their loved ones. However, Andre DiMera is somehow involved with the story. The question is how and to what extent?
