Bryan Tanaka Age? 46-Year-Old Mariah Carey’s Backup Dancer Is 15 Years Younger Than James Packer, 48

Bryan Tanaka is a name that’s been linked with Mariah Carey a lot more lately, and the below video of Carey giving Tanaka a lap dance is getting plenty more plays on YouTube. Mariah calls her lap dance for Bryant his moment, and even with Tanaka’s wounded leg, he’s able to fling Carey around for the awkward dance whereby Mariah simply sits on Bryan’s lap and sings, “Touch My Body.”

The lap dance may have been a catalyst for Mariah’s split from her very rich fiance, James Packer.

According to the Daily Mail, Packer and Carey had a big fight in September, but the publication notes that Mariah still sported the $10 million ring that James gave Mariah. It was Thursday evening when Mariah was photographed near Nobu in Malibu, still wearing the ring.

Reports that Carey’s closeness with Bryan — Mariah’s back-up dancer and choreographer — caused there to be a big beef between Tanaka and Packer are floating around the web. Mariah is 46 years of age, with a birthdate of March 27, 1970.

Bryan’s age is harder to find initially, but from the looks of Tanaka’s photos and social media account, Bryan appears to be younger than the 48-year-old Packer. It turns out that Bryan is 33 years of age, having been born on April 11, 1983.

That makes Tanaka 13 years younger than Mariah, which means Bryan is 15 years younger than James.

Packer reportedly banned Bryan from Mariah’s shows, reported TMZ, which claims James was jealous of Bryan.

Packer is an Australian billionaire who reportedly got into a argument with Tanaka last June. Mariah and James haven’t spent much time together recently, with their last supposed argument happening more than one month ago during what was supposed to be a romantic European vacation on a yacht in Greece in September. Meanwhile, Bryan can be seen horsing around in YouTube videos like the one below, wherein Tanaka was yelled at by a security guard as Bryan danced on a ledge near the famous Christ the Redeemer statue.

The buzz about the supposed love triangle between Packer, Mariah, and Bryan — according to TMZ — resulted in Packer circulating a photo of Tanaka around Caesar’s Palace to try and get Tanaka banned.

However, Carey and Bryan can be seen in photos as recently as October 22, with Tanaka having attended Mariah’s Halloween Party in Los Angeles, California. It’s not certain whether Mariah has truly ended her engagement to Packer — a man whom Mariah has called unstable and not in his right mind — or if Mariah is simply still wearing his ring because Carey enjoys the bling.

What is clear is that Mariah received lots of buzz for Carey’s appearance on the Fox series Empire recently.
