Taylor Swift Dates Drake, Shocking Tom Hiddleston And Making Rihanna ‘Furious’?

Taylor Swift is finding time to do more than write breakup songs after her split from Tom Hiddleston. Spotted at a birthday celebration for Drake recently, Taylor caused rumors to swirl that she was dating Drake, and a new report revealed he even introduced Swift to his mother. As for how Rihanna feels about it, a new report hints that she’s feeling “furious,” but the reason isn’t what you might assume.

Although the sight of Taylor, 26, and Drake, 30, getting so cozy at his 30th birthday celebration this month was a shocker to everyone, it’s Swift’s ex Hiddleston, 35, who viewed the news as a bombshell surprise, a source told Hollywood Life.

“Tom is shocked at the news that Taylor was flirting with Drake at his birthday party.”

Revealing that Hiddleston’s “jaw dropped in surprise” at the revelation that Swift and Drake got so close at the birthday bash, the insider explained that Tom was surprised his ex-girlfriend was attracted to someone who seemed like his complete opposite.

“Taylor has always had a type of guy she was attracted to and Tom was taken back that she could be into a guy so opposite of him,” commented the source.

Describing Hiddleston as “in a bit of denial” about the potential for Drake and Swift to soar to the top of the Hot New Couple Alert list, the insider also revealed that Tom “just doesn’t want to believe it and couldn’t see that one working out.”

As for any chance that Taylor might change her mind and return to Hiddleston, it was Swift who called off their romance, pointed out Hollywood Life. Taylor reportedly was not at ease with the publicity that Tom welcomed for their relationship. So is it farewell to Hiddleswift, hello to Trake or Swake?

Drake even introduced Taylor to his mother, which typically is one of those signals that the relationship is going to the next level, reported TMZ.

During the party, Drake took the time to invite Swift not just to his mother but to some of his pals, sources told TMZ. But the reason isn’t necessarily a red flag that the dating has commenced. Instead, it was because Taylor doesn’t regularly attend his famous bashes, clarified the insiders.

“He wanted to make sure she met his inner circle, including Mom…She’s arguably the biggest female music star on the planet.”

Swift and Drake have been friends for years, pointed out TMZ, and their closeness at his party is part of that friendship.

However, that’s reportedly not how Rihanna is viewing the situation, with a source telling Hollywood Life that Drake’s 28-year-old ex-girlfriend is already issuing a warning to Taylor to “steer clear of dating Drake.”

In addition to asserting that Swift “doesn’t stand a chance” when it comes to dating him, the insider cautioned that Taylor “certainly doesn’t want the type of headaches and drama he’s capable of giving a woman.” Swift is famous for her breakup songs, but this source believes that Drake could provide her with more material for split anthems than she could ever use.

“If [Taylor] got a dose of the games Drake plays, she’d be writing songs about it until she turns 100.”

Ouch. But the reports about how Rihanna reacted to Swift getting close to her ex don’t end there. Hollywood Life’s insider also described her as “furious” that Taylor got so much attention at the birthday celebration.

“She hated that Taylor was the main attraction,” revealed the source. “Everyone’s talking about Taylor and her outfit, her makeup, her hair, and Rihanna’s sick of hearing about it! She’s furious that Taylor took all the attention away from his birthday.”

As for feeling jealous of Swift, it’s more the “battle for the spotlight” than seeing her ex get “cozy” with Taylor that has upset Rihanna, clarified the insider.
