Kylie Jenner And Tyga Land Their Own Reality Show?

Kylie Jenner may be next in line for the reality throne.

As Kim Kardashian takes a break from the public eye, and from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, a new report claims the 19-year-old reality star and cosmetics mogul is hoping to land her own series with her boyfriend, Tyga.

“[Kylie Jenner] is sexing up her image with social media with one main intention: she’s prepping for her own show and firmly believes this is the way to make it happen,” a family insider told Radar Online on October 25.

Kylie Jenner has been starring on Keeping Up With the Kardashians since she was a child but up until this point, she has been sharing the spotlight with her big family, which includes her Kardashian half-sisters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney, and her sister Kendall Jenner, as well as her brother, Rob Kardashian, and their mom, Kris Jenner.

According to the Radar Online report, Kylie Jenner is stoked about the possibility of landing a show with her “bad news boyfriend,” Tyga, and feels the idea could have “the added bonus of knocking Kim off her pedestal.”

For the past couple of years, Kylie Jenner has been frequently compared to her sister Kim and many have accused the younger sibling of copying Kim. In addition to having a similar style and figure, Kylie Jenner recently debuted a new blonde look, much like the one Kim showed off years ago for the first time.

While the E! Network has not yet connected itself with Kylie Jenner’s potential new reality series, the Radar Online source claimed Jenner was convinced that she and Tyga would soon be starring in their own show.

“[Kylie Jenner] insists it’s the logical move and only right, since she has the largest fan following of the family,” said the insider. “Right now it’s all about persuading her mom, and the TV bosses, but it’s 99 percent a certainty to happen.”

Rumors of a Keeping Up With the Kardashians spinoff starring Kylie Jenner first began swirling in 2015. As the reality star began to promote her own brands, including a line of clothing with PacSun, and her sister, Kendall Jenner, began to score some major campaigns in the world of modeling, Variety confirmed a series starring the two sisters was in the works.

While the reality spinoff appeared to be coming soon at that point, things seemed to take a turn in a different direction just months later, and according to a report in early 2016, Kylie Jenner wanted their potential spinoff all to herself.

“[Kylie Jenner] wants her own spin-off show” and “no longer wants to do one with Kendall,” a source explained to Radar Online at the time.

Radar Online‘s report earlier this year revealed that Kylie Jenner and her sister were set to star in a new series with one another which would be similar to that of Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. In recent years, the sisters have starred in Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami and Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons. Still, despite the success of her older sisters’ shows, Kylie Jenner was said to be unwilling to take on the same type of role with Kendall.

“[Kylie Jenner] just wants to have a show on E! that is all about her, that will focus mainly on her journey of building her own empire,” the insider said.
