Shannon Beador Denies David Hitting Her Despite Old Police Report: Is She Lying To Protect Marriage?

Shannon Beador was shocked to learn that Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd had been talking about her marriage behind her back. While they hadn’t been talking about it on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon did learn about it on their way home from Ireland and she was shocked. Shannon was surprised to hear that Vicki and Kelly talked about David Beador hitting her. Rather than laugh off the accusation, Beador did seem upset about her marriage being the topic of discussion and argued that they had renewed their vows and moved on. Could that be her admitting to it happening once before?

According to a new tweet, Shannon Beador is now being confronted with a police report that clearly states that David Beador admitted to getting physical with Shannon. The report is over two years old and documents an incident that happened back in 2003, long before they even started The Real Housewives of Orange County.

“Hi Shannon Beador. If Vicki is lying, then can you explain this? #RHOC,” one viewer wrote to Shannon, linking to an article where Beador admitted to calling the police on her husband back in 2003.

The report comes from Radar Online, and it was published back in 2014 when Shannon was new to the show. The report reveals that David was charged on counts of assault and “battery against a cohabitant” in February 2003 and a police report was filed. Apparently, he admitted that he “willfully and unlawfully used force and violence” against his wife, Shannon. However, she has denied that there was any abuse or physical altercation.

But David later “pled guilty to misdemeanor counts of assault and “battery against cohabitant” and was placed on three years of informal probation, during which he completed the batterer’s treatment program,” according to Radar Online.

In Shannon Beador’s words, she revealed that they had indeed had a fight, but it was resolved quickly afterward. She claims she called the police to end the fight and they had moved on. But now, she denies that anything ever took place. On last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Shannon denied once again that her husband had been violent with her. And she supposedly also lied about David’s mistress, who has played a huge part of the show for years.

“Wow. Shannon has lied about the David thing and now the mistress thing. This woman is insane there are literally court docs #RHOC #WWHL,” the viewer continued, sharing his point of view that perhaps Beador was denying things to forget about them.

Shannon Beador clearly had her friends’ support on The Real Housewives of Orange Countyeven though Kelly Dodd kept saying that Vicki Gunvalson had told her about the violent acts David had done against her. Vicki said that Beador had told her many secrets and they were now starting to come out.

But Shannon kept denying that anything was wrong and that Vicki knew nothing about her marriage, even though the two used to be best friends and she probably told Gunvalson some secrets in confidence. It seems rude and mean for Vicki to share these secrets with the Real Housewives of Orange County ladies, especially since it affects Shannon, her husband, and their three children.
