Amber Portwood Confirms ‘Teen Mom OG’ Reunion Brawl Happened On Social Media
Amber Portwood has had a busy few weeks. She recently announced she had a “mommy makeover” done to help her feel better about her body after gaining and losing weight off and on since getting out of prison. There were a few procedures done, though she hasn’t been specific on what was done to alter her body. After recovering and confirming it wasn’t easy, Portwood and Matt Baier headed to California to tape the Teen Mom OG Season 6 reunion show. It was apparently filled with a lot of confrontation and even became physical at one point.
Reports started circulating that Amber Portwood and Matt Baier were involved in a brawl while taping the Teen Mom OG reunion. Several outlets had various versions of the story, all slightly different than the one before. According to the Real Mr. Housewife, Amber Portwood confirmed she did get into a verbal confrontation with Farrah Abraham after she disrespected Baier by saying he “looks like a pedophile.” As if that wasn’t explosive enough, Baier jumped on set and ended up with Michael Abraham’s hands around his neck. Portwood and Baier were escorted off the stage. This was not the end of filming, it was only the beginning.
As more information becomes available, Amber Portwood is keeping her spirits up. She has been showing off photos of her new look. When she announced she was going to get a “mommy makeover,” she was met with criticism. Portwood assured fans it wasn’t extreme and that she was considering having more kids in the future. It has only been a few weeks since the procedures were done and she is looking quite well from what Teen Mom OG fans have been able to see. Portwood was supposed to be filming more over the weekend but it appears that may not have happened due to the brawl that happened on Saturday.
There has been a lot of talk about why Amber Portwood went after Farrah Abraham while filming for Teen Mom OG. The two seemed to have a respectful relationship with a phone call between the two being shared on an episode earlier this season. Matt Baier reportedly wanted to date Abraham and Jenelle Evans before he ended up with Portwood and that seems to be a touchy subject for her. Simon Saran was the one who initially labeled Baier a pedophile during one of his Snapchat roasts that happen while the show is airing. It looked like an apology was coming just before Farrah chimed in and chaos ensued.

There are some questions about why Amber Portwood and Matt Baier didn’t file a police report against Michael Abraham for the physical altercation. The Teen Mom OG reunion has not been put on hold according to rumors that have been circulating across social media. Portwood and the other two Teen Mom OG stars were against Farrah Abraham and she didn’t show up to tape because she “feared for her safety.” This isn’t the first time something like this happened because of her and it surely won’t be the last.
Season 7 of Teen Mom OG was just confirmed and it looks like Amber Portwood and the other girls all signed on for another round. The brawl may change things for the show and fans are calling for the network to remove Farrah Abraham from the show. This would solve the problem the other ladies have but could cause a lot of legal issues with the network, especially if she already signed a contract. As of now, there is no word on whether or not Amber Portwood and Matt Baier are filming or what the next step in the chaos will be.
