Honey Boo Boo’s Niece Appears In First Baby Pageant

Let the exploitation of future redneck children continue! Honey Boo Boo’s baby niece Kaitlyn is the newest memeber of the family to join the beauty pageant circuit, this time taking part in a baby pageant where she finished in fifth place.

Kaitlyn, the daughter of Honey’s 18-year-old sister Chickadee was introduced to the world last month.

We’re not really sure how judges go about handing out prizes at a baby contest but we assume it has to do with ranking babies on how cute to ugly they are, exactly what a parent wants to hear for their last place finishing baby.

Baby Kaitlyn does have one unique feature to set her apart from all of the other children in the pageants she attends, she was born with three thumbs, a feature Roger Ebert would kill to have.

The first photos of Baby Kaitlyn were posted on Alana Thompson’s (Honey Boo Boo) Facebook page where she wrote (yeah we know she probably can’t write):

“Aww look at GIGI’s baby! 5th runner up and people choice go Kaitlyn! now anna is hooked and we r having baby Kaitlyn a dress made look out Pageant world!”

With Honey Boo Boo nearing ever closer to child pageant retirement and absolutely no chance of winning a big girl contest it looks like baby Kaitlyn will be left to take over the redneck beauty pageant crown for the Honey Boo Boo family.
