Ciara is too successful to follow through with her libel case against the father of her child, Future, it has been revealed.
The singer, who initially filed the lawsuit back in January, is now looking to drop the suit in its entirety, TMZ confirms, having filed legal documents that state she has no actual case to win because she's making too much money.
Fans will recall the singer claiming that Future's social media comments about the mother of one, by calling her all kinds of insensitive words, actually ended up seeing Ciara lose an endorsement deal — alleging that the company became afraid of the singer's persona over comments made by Future.

Ciara claims that in order to file a libel case that has somewhat hurt one's career, they have to have had some sort of downfall from their usual earnings or their reputation. The "Goodies" singer, on the other hand, has actually experienced the complete opposite, making her case against Future that much harder to win.
Despite having been referred to as a "b**ch" by her ex-fiance, the 30-year-old is taking the high road. At the end of the day, Ciara acknowledges that Future will always play a part in her life because of the child they share between one another. So, instead of all the feuding, this could potentially be the first step for the two to effectively co-parent their child, Future Zahir.

"But instead of proving that she suffered financial losses, a 'false light' suit only requires that Ciara show that her ex's comments tarnished her image or made her appear to be something she is not. So there may be hope for Ciara in getting Future to pay up after all."News of Ciara's sudden decision to throw out one of her lawsuits against Future comes just days after reports claimed the singer could potentially be expecting her second child with her husband of three months, Russell Wilson.
The duo has been actively trying to have a baby, a source revealed over the summer. Ciara and Russell had been practicing celibacy prior to their wedding, so their intimacy has been "through the roof" as one source described it, stating that an announcement regarding the pregnancy will follow in the next few weeks.

Could Ciara's alleged pregnancy have something to do with her no longer wanting to face Future in court over one of the lawsuits she has filed against him? And better yet, do you believe sources that claim the singer is expecting her second child?
