‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Aiden Jennings Leaves Salem — Daniel Cosgrove Previews ‘DOOL’ Storyline
Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Aiden Jennings is leaving Salem once again. This time, how Daniel Cosgrove’s character exits the soap opera will be a little different. In an interview, the actor previewed what is coming next for Hope and Aiden.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Aiden Jennings was so desperate to get back together with Hope (Kristian Alfonso) on Days Of Our Lives that he gave her a shocking ultimatum. She had to break up with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and accept Aiden’s romantic gestures, including gifts and dates. If she refused, Hope risked going to prison for killing Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo). Hope Brady felt that she had no choice but to agree to the deal.
Actor Daniel Cosgrove gave Soap Opera Digest an interview regarding what is coming up next for Hope and Aiden on Days Of Our Lives. It turns out that Rafe will tell Roman (Josh Taylor) that Hope killed Stefano. However, DOOL spoilers state that he already knows. Then, Aiden will make Hope go out on a date with him. However, he ends up leaving Salem soon after. How the situation resolves itself is so simple. No manipulation or threats are needed.
The Days Of Our Lives actor explained that Hope compares Aiden’s romantic bribery to Chase (Jonathan McClendon) assaulting Ciara (Vivian Jovanni). This stuns Aiden and makes him realize what he is doing.
“When Hope says that, it kind of jolts him. Aiden becomes aware that he has lost control. There is a wave of shame and regret. Aiden’s also embarrassed and confused, because he doesn’t know who he has become.”
Days Of Our Lives spoilers tease that Aiden stops harassing Hope. Soon after the revelation, he leaves Salem and goes to Oregon to be closer to his son, Chase Jennings.
As for Hope and Rafe’s future on the NBC soap opera, they will get closer. Spoilers from the magazine hint that the two will go on a camping trip and have a lot of fun. However, Galen Gering reminded fans that Days Of Our Lives is a soap opera. The actor explained that there is no guarantee that Hope and Rafe’s future will be all rainbows and roses.
It was stated by executive producer Ken Corday in a previous issue of Soap Opera Digest to expect more romance. The co-head writing team, Dena Higley and Ryan Quan, also said the same thing. That doesn’t mean that there won’t be drama, but that love will take more of a center stage in Salem. Fans didn’t like the dark storylines. Corday admitted that the actors didn’t care for them either.
Right now, old storylines are being closed out and it seems there are a lot of simple endings. One example is Orpheus (George DelHoyo) on Days Of Our Lives, who has spent the past few weeks tormenting Salem with fellow prison escapees Xander (Paul Telfer) and Clyde (James Read). Earlier this week, it seemed that he ended his own life after being apprehended by Steve (Stephen Nichols) and John (Drake Hogestyn). It was such a simple ending that it was hard to believe he was really dead. Well, it turns out something else may be going on. Spoilers reveal that next week, Orpheus will make “one last stand.”
