Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have clearly moved on, contrary to early reports. There is also no bad blood between the Twilight stars and both are happy with their significant others. Stewart even packed on PDA with her new girlfriend St Vincent while out on a date in Manhattan.
Early this week, rumors started circulating online that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson purposely avoided each other at the New York Film Festival. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the former couple made quite an effort to avoid each other at the red carpet. The outlet even went as far as to speculate that Pattinson's fiance, FKA Twigs, orchestrated the whole thing. CDL held that Twigs could have given Pattinson strict orders to stay away from Stewart given how "manipulative" the Café Society star could be. The site insisted that Twigs wanted to show their fans that she and Pattinson are still together, in an attempt to shut down the breakup rumors. Seeing Pattinson and Stewart together could possibly bring back old feelings and Twigs allegedly wanted to avoid that at all cost.
"It's without a doubt that FKA Twigs was feeling absolutely worried about seeing Robert bump into or possibly even hang out with his ex-girlfriend at the film festival. While two exes can definitely be friends once their relationship is over, Kristen is one ex-lover that simply can't be trusted. After all, this is the same person who cheated on Robert and broke up her director Rupert Sander's family over their scandal."Gossip Cop, however, was quick to call out Celeb Dirty Laundry's "inaccurate" report. They pointed out that the reason why Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson did not bump into each other at the red carpet is because they attended New York Film Festival on completely different days. Pattinson's The Lost City of Z premiered Saturday, while Stewart's movie, Long Halftime Walk, premiered on Friday. Gossip Cop also doubted CDL's claim that FKA Twigs was the one who ordered Pattinson to stay away from his ex-girlfriend.
In other news, Kristen Stewart and her new girlfriend St. Vincent were recently spotted kissing while out on a date in Manhattan's East Village, confirming earlier reports that they are dating. According to the Daily Mail, this was the first time that Stewart and St. Vincent showed affection in public. During their date, the couple reportedly spent their time at the table leaning towards each other. Stewart and St. Vincent were also spotted holding hands as they strolled down the road after their romantic date.

Stewart explained that she felt a responsibility to the LGBT community. Speaking about her then girlfriend Alicia Cargile, Stewart explained that she decided to be more open about their relationship because she did not want people to think that she is afraid of what society may think.

"I would never talk about any of my relationships before, but once I started dating girls it seemed like there was an opportunity to represent something really positive. I still want to protect my personal life, but I don't want to seem like I'm protecting the idea, so that does sort of feel like I owe something to people."Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile had an on-again, off-again relationship for two years before allegedly calling it quits early this month. Insiders told Radar Online that the couple have "mutually decided to split and it was definitely an amicable breakup."
