Kanye West Goes All The Way Off On Jay-Z — Blue Ivy & North Have Never Played Together, Hova A No Show After Kim Kardashian Paris Robbery

There won’t be a Watch The Throne 2, according to a very angry Kanye West, who took time out of his recent “Saint Pablo” show in Seattle because Jay-Z hasn’t been a very good friend. Yeezy went all the way off on his mentor and (former) friend, claiming that drama from the Apple/Tidal beef kept Hova from recording with Drake. Kanye also fired shots at Jay-Z over the fact that Blue Ivy and North aren’t playmates and that all he did was call to check in with them after Kim Kardashian was robbed in Paris.

“Let me tell y’all something,” Kanye ranted at Key Arena. “There will never be a Watch the Throne 2. You know why? Because that’s the reason why I wasn’t on the song [‘Pop Style’]. I wasn’t on the song because of Hov. Because of some Tidal/Apple bulls**t. This shit get me tight every time I perform this motherf**ker.”

Kanye West went on to explain how Jay-Z was almost on a Drake song, but it didn’t happen because of Meek Mill, according to a report from BET. Chalk that up to just one more reason not to like Meek. So far, neither Meek nor Drake have commented on Jay-Z’s reluctance to record on the “Pop Style” track.

“Jay thought of a couple lines,” Kanye said. “I said, ‘Man, just go ahead and throw that on there. They’ll be so surprised. He probably wouldn’t expect you to be on there.’ And [Drake] was like, ‘Oh s**t, The Throne is on this s**t!’ Then Jay thought about it and, out of respect for Meek Mill, he ain’t want to be on the track. And I said, ‘Look, I’ll call Drake, I’ll call Meek, I’ll call y’all… We gotta let people have this song!’ But then it went out of that territory and it went into some Tidal s**t, some political s**t, some s**t about percentages on songs. I can’t take this s**t, bro! Our kids ain’t never even played together. Run that s**t.”

It turns out that Kanye really is salty about how North and Blue Ivy don’t play together. It was rumored for quite some time that Beyonce doesn’t care for Kim Kardashian, and that has driven a wedge between Jay-Z and Kanye West. Now it looks to be true, because with kids so close in age, it seems the rappers should be getting their kids together or at least inviting each other to birthday parties.

Then Kanye moved on to another touchy subject: Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery. Apparently, he is also bent out of shape that Jay-Z hasn’t reached out in a big enough way in the wake of the robbery. It turns out that Hov did call and check in on Kanye, but he feels like they are close enough friends that Jay-Z should have shown up for him, in person.

“Don’t call me, after the robbery, and say, ‘How you feelin’?'” Kanye continued. “You wanna know how I’m feelin’? Come by the house.”

Kanye West and Jay-Z have had little arguments in the past, one of the most notorious was covered in detail in the aptly named song “Big Brother” from Kanye’s Graduation album. It looks like West is having a post-graduate meltdown this time around because Jay-Z has let him down again. This time, it seems that Yeezy wanted to mingle families and keep making music, but Jay-Z is all about the business.

Will Jay-Z and Kanye West be able to get past this latest rant and squash their beef, or does Yeezy’s refusal to make Watch The Throne 2 mean the end of their friendship?
