Kate Middleton Pregnant? Report Claims Duchess Kate Planning To Announce Baby No. 3 Around Christmas Time
Kate Middleton may be pregnant again, with reports that Duchess Kate is planning a Christmas baby announcement to help ease the pain of Britain’s exit from the European Union.
Reports have been circling Duchess Kate and Prince William for the past few months, claiming that the couple is preparing for their third child — or possibly already pregnant. The latest report claims that the royal couple has their country in mind with their latest baby plans.
“It’s been a hellish year in the U.K. so Kate and William have pulled forward their baby plans to give their people some joy over what will be a very tough holiday period for Brexit Britain,” a source told OK! magazine (via Celeb Dirty Laundry).
The report went on to claim that Kate Middleton is excited at the idea of being pregnant again and that it could be a boost to the British people who have endured a difficult year. As Celeb Dirty Laundry noted, the birth of Kate and William’s first two children created something of a national holiday.
“In fact, the insider even adds that Kate is more than ready to get pregnant for the third time while William thinks another baby will help complete their family. They also believe that the public loves seeing them with their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, as it has helped generated some much needed positive press for them.”
There have been rumors dating back many months that Kate Middleton wanted to get pregnant again, including several stories claiming she was actually expecting. A report from last year claimed that some family members were also putting pressure on Duchess Kate and Prince William to add to their ever-growing family.
The Hollywood Gossip reported Kate’s mom, Carole Middleton, was the one pushing the hardest for the couple to have a third baby. At the time, the report also noted the effect these pregnancies and subsequent births had on the entire British economy.
“That’s right, Kate’s mom – not any member of Prince William’s royal family – is the one urging the Duchess of Cambridge to keep crankin’ ’em out,” the report noted. “Her first two pregnancies captivated the world, stimulated the British economy hard and generally made Kate and all things close to her look swell.”
But given the huge attention Kate Middleton receives from celebrity news outlets and the volume of stories based on unnamed sources, it can often be very difficult to sort fact from fiction in her personal life. There have been a number of reports claiming that Kate is pregnant, including another one from OK! magazine just a few weeks ago claiming that both Duchess Kate and her sister Pippa Middleton would be having babies in 2017.
“Just a few weeks back, Kate discovered that she’s expecting another little princess, and the buzz in Pippa’s circle is that’s pregnant, too — with a little boy,” the report noted.
The report went on to say that Pippa was a bit fearful of rumors that she and fiance James Matthews were having a “shotgun wedding.” It concluded by saying that both Pippa and Duchess Kate would be very pregnant in time for Pippa’s wedding.
And at the same time, other reports have claimed that Kate Middleton and Prince William were falling into some deep marital problems and could even be considering divorce. Nearly all of the rumors — both of the pregnancy and divorce varieties — have turned out to be false, however.
If Kate Middleton is pregnant this time, there are little signs of it. The Duchess of Cambridge has still been maintaining her normal schedule of travel and public appearances, showing little signs of the intense sickness that struck early in both of her previous pregnancies.

It’s not clear yet whether the latest report claiming Kate Middleton is pregnant has any truth to it. So far there are only unnamed sources making the claim, and Duchess Kate is remaining silent on the rumors.
