JoJo Fletcher, Jordan Rodgers Hit The Mohegan Sun Amid Rumors Their ‘Bachelorette’ Fairytale Love Story Is Fracturing [Updated]

JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers got engaged during the finale of ABC’s The Bachelorette 2016 season and they’ve been public as an engaged couple for a couple of months now. Despite rumors floating around that they’re struggling in their relationship, JoJo and Jordan are putting on a united front publicly. The two just headed off on a fun trip together, and they shared plenty of updates with fans. Fletcher and Rodgers did share a few tidbits with the media as well and fans will be curious to see what they said.

Jordan Rodgers and JoJo Fletcher are currently living together in Dallas, Texas these days, as he left California after the Bachelorette finale to move in with her. However, he travels frequently for the sports broadcasting gig he scored toward the end of their season, so the two do spend a fair amount of time apart. This past weekend, however, she decided to fly out with him, and they squeezed in some fun activities.

Rodgers spent some time on the set of SportsCenter with Hannah Storm, an opportunity that he indicated via Instagram was something he can now cross off of his bucket list. Snapchat posts from the Bachelorette couple shared that they did spend quite a bit of time together, ordering room service and hitting the Mohegan Sun for some fun. Fletcher embraced the opportunity to dress up, and she even had the chance to meet Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga.

The two ended up hanging out and causing some trouble in the fun sense with Graham Rogers of Quantico, Aaron Scotti of Scandal, and another new friend and it sounds like they had some wild and crazy times. JoJo may have been the only girl in this newly-formed “weekend squad,” but it doesn’t look like she was the least bit worried about fitting in and having fun.

Jordan and JoJo certainly looked like they were having a blast in Connecticut together during this little getaway, but they continue to be dogged by rumors that their relationship is fake and in trouble. Life & Style recently shared that Fletcher has been frustrated by not getting as much attention as she wants from Rodgers, noting that she has even gone so far as to send herself flower arrangements that she posts on social media and implies are from her fiance.

Also, the supposed pal revealed to Life & Style that everybody around them in their everyday lives knows that their relationship is phony. The allegation that JoJo and Jordan are faking their relationship is not a new one, even though the Bachelorette couple tries to ignore the buzz.

Even heading into the “After the Final Rose” special the night of their finale, gossip guru Reality Steve had hinted that the relationship was in grave trouble over all of the allegations regarding his fidelity issues. Reality Steve noted that he had a hunch that Rodgers and Fletcher might fake staying together for a while to snatch up appearance opportunities and endorsement deals, splitting once they were out of the spotlight.

A fair number of Bachelorette fans have a hunch that this is exactly what JoJo and Jordan are doing, staying together for the sake of appearances and brand-building, and E! News even noted not long ago that some people close to the couple couldn’t quite tell whether they’re for real or not as a couple. The two seem lovey-dovey on social media and in front of others, but not everybody is convinced that they’re the real deal.

These two have remained pretty vague about what the future holds for them, although Elite Daily shares that they just noted that they would be open to doing their own reality TV show much like Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell are doing, as long as it was fairly unscripted. At this point, however, there’s no indication that they’ve been approached regarding anything of that nature.

Us Weekly chatted with JoJo and Jordan while they were at the Mohegan Sun, and the two insist that they are doing well. They say that they ignore the rumors that their relationship is in trouble and they insist that anybody who follows their social media pages can see how happy they are. As for a wedding, the two seem to be sticking to the same thing they’ve been saying for a while now. They indicate that the issue holding them up is picking a location, as her family is in Texas and his is in California.

Of course, Bachelorette fans know that if Fletcher and Rodgers want to consider any kind of televised wedding special, ABC will surely dictate that the event is held in California. The couple has said that they are open to a televised wedding and that they are aiming to probably wed sometime in 2017. They do say that they are enjoying being engaged for now and people will be curious to see if they end up moving ahead with plans to tie the knot.

Do you think that JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are the real deal, or is the Bachelorette couple faking their happiness in order to stay in the public eye for as long as they can manage?
