Duggar Family News: Jessa Duggar Shows Off New Baby Bump

Because there aren’t enough Duggars in the world, the latest Duggar family news has Jessa Duggar — one of the stars of Counting On — showing off her growing baby bump. That’s right folks, another Duggar is pregnant! Could a spinoff show be in the works?

People Magazine is the first to come front and center with this latest bit of Duggar family news. Jessa, who is expecting her second child with husband Ben Seewald, is on the cover of this week’s People Magazine, where they talk about their lives as newlyweds. (Apparently, no other Hollywood star anywhere was available for the cover.) The baby, whose name or sex has yet to be revealed, will join their son Spurgeon, 11 months, in what’s sure to be yet another big Duggar family.

The couple announces the upcoming arrival.

“We are overjoyed to announce that Spurgeon has a new title in life as ‘big brother!’ 2017 is shaping up to be a wonderful year already, and we know Spurgeon will do a great job in his new role. Having Spurgeon has been such a wonderful blessing, and we cannot wait to see the face of this sweet new baby (or babies!). We talked about family names. Maybe Benjamin Michael the second, but Ben didn’t like that. We’ve talked about incorporating a family name.”

Meanwhile, in other Duggar family news, International Business Times had a chance to talk to Jeremy Vuolo, who will be joining the family thanks to his marriage to Jinger Duggar. Jeremy, whose father is a pastor, said that his parents are serving as a template to follow because their marriage is an example of “love done well.” (Isn’t that sweet…?)

Jeremy also told the outlet that he’s a big fan of his future in-laws as well, even though Jim Bob Duggar preferred to spend time with the soon-to-be-married couple during their trip for wedding preparations rather than with his daughter Johannah, who just turned 11.

But there is some trouble in paradise after all. Jeremy and Jinger are undergoing marriage counseling. However, Jeremy’s pastor father is serving as the marriage counselor, so we’re sure that this will turn out great — and if it doesn’t, hey, at least we have another spinoff to look forward to. The couple is currently traveling to make plans for their impending wedding, which is scheduled to take place sometime next year. No doubt that there will be yet another Duggar family special to celebrate the sacred occasion.

Finally, in other Duggar family news, Anna Duggar is still demonstrating that she’s experiencing the fallout from Josh Duggar’s infidelity and molestation charges. In the short time that she appeared on the show this week, according to Gamenguide, she was miserable and on the verge of tears. While it’s hard to muster up any sympathy for her, especially since she’s made so many excuses for Josh’s terrible behavior in the past, the effects of his poor actions have clearly made waves.

Anna is desperate to keep 26-year-old Jana around because she’ll feel lonely in the event she gets married or otherwise moves out of the house. And because, in the Duggar world, women only exist to be their man’s property, Anna was quick to point out that Jana’s wifely skills are up-to-par.

“Jana has been such an encouragement and such a rock this past year of my life. She is such a treasure, and she will make an amazing wife one day.”

And there’s some speculation that Anna’s misery may be due to the fact that she’s pregnant with her fifth child by Josh Duggar. Though nothing has been confirmed, Josh Duggar has been told by TLC producers that he is not allowed to return to the show.
