Kris Jenner Forcing Kim Kardashian’s Reality Show Return Amid Fears She’s Quitting ‘KUWTK’

Kris Jenner is furious over Kim Kardashian’s decision to bail on the family’s hit show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which is alleged to have caused production to conclude earlier than expected.

The likes of Khloe, Kourtney, and Kylie Jenner celebrated the KUWTK wrap party earlier this week, but from what sources have gathered, the show wasn’t supposed to stop filming until early next year. Due to Kardashian’s demands, however, the E! network had no other choice but to finish up early.

Following the robbery in Paris almost two weeks ago, Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West both agreed that staying away from social media and any sort of television appearances is the right move forward — for now.

Insiders close to the Kardashian camp say that Kim Kardashian is still struggling to come to terms with the incident that took place at her apartment in Paris. Upon her return to Los Angeles, ET Online stressed how Kim hasn’t stopped crying and reportedly struggles with the thought of being alone for even just a couple of minutes.

It’s gotten to the point where the 35-year-old has made it known that she’s unsure when she’ll make her return to social media and the family’s reality show. In fact, some sources, including Life & Style, are hinting that Kim Kardashian may end up quitting KUWTK for good.

“Kim says the show is putting her in danger because her every move is documented by the cameras,” a source alleged, according to Gossip Cop, stressing that the mother of two is convinced that being filmed at all times is making her more of a target, and Kim can’t even imagine going through that experience again.

The socialite acknowledges that she flaunts her pricey belongings too much, but being filmed by a camera crew at her home in Bel-Air and every hotel she happens to stay at is making Kim Kardashian feel concerned for her safety. She never wants to find herself in one of those situations again.

In the heat of the moment, when Kris Jenner tried to convince Kim to get back on the show, “Kim has been hysterical and told mom Kris Jenner that she is quitting the show,” which infuriated the momager, for she knows that Kim’s absence will heavily affect the ratings.

On top of that, according to Kris’ calculations, as explained by the source, a possible cancellation if Kim Kardashian ends up quitting the show “could cost the family over $75 million,” which the insider insinuates is enough money for Jenner to force her daughter to pull it together and film scenes for KUWTK.

Life & Style is further quoted saying that Kris has even thought about how Kardashian could spin the story on the show, having already planned out her scenes with producers for the next series. She “wants the heist to play out in the finale of this season and to film a follow-up season about how Kim is coping with the aftermath.”

It’s unclear when the family will begin shooting their next series, but knowing that cameras usually follow their everyday lives all year long, some predict that filming could resume as early as January, depending on what Kim Kardashian’s final decision ends up being.
