Pumpkin Pie Wars is about a longstanding family feud between two pie baking competitors whose children end up falling in love. Synopsis: Pumpkin Pie Wars on Hallmark

Faye McArthy and Lydia Harper have had an ongoing food feud for the last 10 years in their small town of Emeryville, Ohio. It all started over a pumpkin-pie baking competition that left a bad taste in their mouths, causing the feuding grandmothers to start their own companies and compete against each other every year in the Chester County Harvest Festival.

This year, it’s still The Harpers vs. The McArthys, except now, the rivals are passing the torch to their children Casey McArthy and Sam Harper, who also work for their respective bakeries.

Being well-aware of the feud, Casey and Sam reluctantly agree to keep it going. However, between baking and preparing for the upcoming pumpkin pie competition, a sweet love whips up between Casey and Sam. They try to keep their new romance hidden, but as the secret gets out, their growing and forbidden love maybe just the thing they need to mend the family split.

Hallmark’s Pumpkin Pie Wars was filmed in Langley, British Columbia, Canada, and produced and distributed by Hallmark Entertainment. Michael G. Larkin worked as executive producer on the television movie.
