Kim Kardashian Suing Outlets Claiming She Staged Paris Robbery To Bank Millions From Insurance Company

Kim Kardashian isn’t putting up with reports claiming she staged her Paris robbery so that she could bank $11 million from her insurance company.

According to Gossip Cop, through her legal team, the 35-year-old is starting her list of lawsuits with MediaTakeOut, an outlet which infamously claimed that the reality star planned the robbery in France for the alleged fact that she wanted a quick way to make additional income.

Kim Kardashian, who is being represented by attorney Marty Singer, demanded the story be taken down, only to find out that the gossip site had written three different versions to their claims that the reality star was fooling her insurance company for a huge payday.

Singer, who makes it known that MTO‘s claims are fabricated and false, adds that there’s definitely a punishment the outlet will have to face, stating:

“After having been the victim of a horrific and traumatic armed robbery in France, Kim Kardashian returned to the United States only to again be victimized, but this time by an online gossip tabloid.”

MediaTakeOut falsely insinuated “Kardashian faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars.”

“Defendants’ reckless and malicious publication of the articles was calculated to cause maximum harm to Kardashian. Defendants must face the consequences for publishing this defamatory fiction and trying to profit off of Kardashian’s name.”

Marty ended his statement by making it known that Kim has struggled to get back to her regular lifestyle because of the incident that took place last week in Paris, TMZ adds. For her to go on the internet and see outlets claim that she would stage a robbery has shocked her beyond belief.

Kim Kardashian and her attorney have come to the conclusion that the outlets who have claimed that the mother of two would fake a robbery to earn herself $11 million from her insurance company have to be held responsible for their reporting.

Considering that MediaTakeOut wrote multiple versions of the events they believe took place at the penthouse where Kim Kardashian stayed — all of which were possibly fabricated — Kardashian won’t have to put up a fight in order to win the lawsuit.

It is unclear how much the socialite is asking for from the news site for their fabricated lies, but according to sources, Kim isn’t done throwing lawsuits out just yet. Having been left so distressed by what transpired in Paris, she is refusing to be made a victim on the internet by news outlets that she says have not bothered to check their facts before reporting fabricated information.

Kim Kardashian’s decision to throw out multiple lawsuits at media outlets comes just days after the E! network confirmed that filming for Keeping Up With the Kardashians had been halted, Us Weekly reports. Oddly enough, producers decided to wrap the series early in the midst of Kim’s struggle to face the world, as she was reportedly spending most of her days behind closed doors at her home in Bel-Air.

Kim has stayed away from social media, and from what sources have gathered, the reality star won’t be making a comeback anytime soon. She’s using her break from showbiz to focus on her well-being whilst raising her two children, North and Saint.

Do you think Kim Kardashian makes a good point as to why she’s suing media outlets for supposedly lying about their version of events?
