Are Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Getting Back Together After His Reunion With Their Kids?

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have spent weeks apart, but they could get back together due to the prompting of their six children.

Following Pitt’s recent visit with his kids, including Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and Vivienne and Knox, 8, it has been reported that the couple is headed towards a nasty custody battle over their brood. That, however, could+ certainly been avoided if they decide to stay married.

While Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt haven’t announced any plans to reconcile, nor have they hinted at the idea, a source recently spoke out and suggested that the couple’s children were hoping to see them get back together. Meanwhile, several other reports have mentioned the idea as well.

On October 12, Aussie Network News suggested Angelina Jolie might soon reconcile with her estranged husband and noted that their kids may be the reason behind the actress’s potential change of heart.

“Since the divorce is still underway, there might be a chance that the couple will reassess their marriage and think about the kids. But [Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt] are yet to answer if the rumors are true,” the outlet explained.

Another report, via HNGN, claimed Angelina Jolie was under “immense pressure” from her children to reunite with their father.

Angelina Jolie fell in love with Brad Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith 12 years ago, and after 10 years of dating, the couple tied the knot on August 23, 2014, at their estate in France. Following the marriage, Jolie and Pitt were targeted with rumors of infidelity; the latest of which claimed Pitt had gotten too close to his Allied co-star, Marion Cotillard, during production earlier this year.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reached a temporary custody agreement after her divorce filing on September 19, which gave Jolie sole physical custody while Pitt was limited to visitation under the supervision of a therapist. The agreement also meant that Pitt would be submitting voluntary drug and alcohol tests to those in charge of his case.

A short while after the couple’s split was announced, a report claimed their six kids were “devastated and confused” by their parents’ separation, which occurred just weeks after they celebrated their 2-year wedding anniversary in Los Angeles.

“The kids are devastated and confused about why their parents are suddenly apart,” a source told Hollywood Life. “They are all nagging [Angelina Jolie] to get back together with their dad and have everything be back to normal.”

As the kids hope for a reunion, Pitt is said to be on board with their desires as he is still very much in love with Angelina Jolie and in no condition to start seeing someone new.

“He’s still in love with [Angelina Jolie],” a source previously said. “He’s in zero rush to start another relationship, and has no interest in a rebound type thing.”

Angelina Jolie moved out of the home she shared with Pitt in the Hollywood Hills on September 15, and into a home she rented in Malibu a short time later. Since then, Angelina Jolie has reportedly found a new rental for her kids, which is located in Hidden Hills, California. The home, which is owned by actress Denise Richards, is much closer to Pitt’s home than her previous rental in Malibu. The home also has a history with the entertainment industry as it was seen on Richards’ reality show years ago.
