‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: One Escaped Convict Of The ‘Terrible Trio’ Finally Gets Setup

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in, and it looks like someone in the terrible trio is finally getting what he deserves. As we know, the terrible trio consist of the three convicts that escaped the prison and are currently wreaking havoc on the residents of Salem. The three who are doing their bidding on the poor residents are Clyde, Xander, and Orpheus.

Since these three escaped from prison they’ve done major damage to the lives of the characters. Steve and Kayla’s lives have been turned upside down when Kayla and Joey were held hostage in their own home, while Steve made a pharmacy run. When he returned, he saw his family in some serious trouble, and tried to intervene. When he took control of the situation, Steve was shot, but wasn’t seriously injured. That said, Joey’s life still hangs in the balance.

Additionally, we know from the Days of Our Lives spoilers in weeks past, Clyde set up a sniper across the way from Abe’s press conference. Clyde succeeded with his plan, and Abe was shot at the press conference, leaving his son, Theo, to watch as his dad fought for his life. This event let the wheels turn in Theo’s head for a revenge plan against Clyde, Xander and Orpheus. As the Inquisitr reported, Ciara was able to calm Theo down, and told him to let the police take care of everything, but Theo decided to change his mind again once he heard that Roman and John were both meeting with the terrible trio to talk about ransom so Joey is released.

That said, it may all come to a head as Days of Our Lives spoilers reported by Celeb Dirty Laundry, reveal that Clyde may get what he deserves out of the three convicts. Clyde will enter the DiMera mansion after Andre insists that he could assist Clyde in getting past security. After Andre followed through with the plan for Clyde to kill Chad, and take Thomas away, the tables turn on Clyde and it’s revealed that he actually walked into a setup. However, there’s a catch to this latest plot point. As Celeb Dirty Laundry stated:

“Adrienne (Judi Evans) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) aren’t fully in the loop on the plan. They’ll refuse to give up Thomas’ location, which could be dangerous. Clyde may threaten to shoot if they don’t talk. Naturally, Andre and Chad won’t allow Clyde to start firing bullets. Spoilers indicate that Andre will draw his own weapon and pull the trigger. He’ll appear to shoot Chad, but it will simply be a ploy to gain the upper hand.”

The Days of Our Lives spoilers stated that Clyde is under the impression that Andre “took care” of Chad, so when he goes off to find the baby, the cops are already on his tail, which leads to an eventual run in. Although we can’t be too sure of whether or not Clyde escapes the police, seeing him finally come to grips with his plan crumbling around him will make for good television.

As for couples news, it’s revealed that Brady and Theresa are trying their best to keep their hot romance alive, even though the two are ridiculously stressed. It’s said that Brady will try to calm Theresa down, and give her all the hope in the world for their future together. It’s also hinted that they may even get dressed up for a private ceremony of sorts.
