Man Shows His Micro-Penis To Jurors In Court to Prove His Innocence

A man in Canada had to take extreme measures in order to prove his innocence in court. The defendant in a rape-and-choking trial on Tuesday told members of the Jury that he could not have taken part in the crime, owing to his extreme obesity and his incredibly tiny penis, Ottawa Citizen reports.

Forty-four-year-old Jacques Rouschop, who pleaded not guilty in a 2013 rape case involving two Vanier sex workers, appeared twice before court in the past week, first on October 6, Thursday, then again on October 11, Tuesday. His lawyer first brought up the notion that he could not have been involved in the accused crimes owning to his physical limitations, namely an extremely obese body and a micro-penis. Feeling that this could be his best shot at winning the case, Jacques stuck to these claims when he spoke before the Jury on Tuesday.

Rouschop, who has a history of criminal records stretching four decades, was represented by his attorney Natasha Calvinho. In her opening statement, Natasha made sure to acknowledge Jacques’ past crimes.

“He is far from a perfect man. He has made mistakes. He has committed crimes. He has spent time in jail and has a significant criminal record. He is known to local police and is someone who has been in and out of jail most of his adult life.”

Calvinho then proceeded on to her main defense, claiming that it couldn’t have been physically possible for Jacques to be involved in the rape of the two women.

“Due to his weight (around 400 pounds at the time) and his appearance, he will be the first to tell you that he has had a lot of trouble attracting members of the opposite sex, and that getting a woman’s attention, let alone having sex, was not something that happened very often for him. Despite his lack of physical attractiveness, he still had needs — sexual needs. And he turned to the services of sex trade workers”

Calvinho further went on to state that Rouschop had actually cared for the two sex workers, driving them around when they needed to and buying them groceries. Jacques spoke about this in the trial on Tuesday.

“It’s all lies … these girls knew me and I cared for them.”

To prove her case about Jacques’ physical limitations, Natasha brought in a registered nurse as a defense witness. The nurse testified before the jury that she had volunteered to take the physical measurements of Rouschop. She stated that Jacques was five-foot-six with a whopping 66-inch waist and 31-inch thighs. She then stated that he had a micro penis, one inch when flaccid and two inches when erect. The nurse had also measured Jacques’ umbilical hernia at 3.5 inches by 3.25 inches. These measurements were taken in the Innes Road jail where Jacques is currently being held. Jacques’ weight could not be measured accurately since the scales in the Jail only went up to 320 pounds. Jacques’ weight has been approximated at over 400 pounds. The members of the Jury were also handed photographs of Jacques’ bare body in order to confirm the measurements.

Rouschop, who is a career thief, was on trial for allegedly being involved in the rape of two Vanier women back in 2013. The two women, both sex trade workers, testified as Crown witnesses in the trial. They spoke about the night of the assault, recalling how they were attacked then choked until they passed out. The alleged incident had taken place in an unknown industrial lot on the backseat of Jacques’s pickup truck. The girls testified that they could not recall whether or not Jacques had a micro-penis.

Jacques stuck to his micro-penis defense on Tuesday, claiming it was his “only defense.”

“I have the penis of a seven-year-old. I’m not making this up. I can whip it out and show you.

“I was innocent and I still am.”
