Niall Horan Gives Reunion Reassurances To Fans: ‘There’s Going To Be Plenty More One Direction Shows’

Niall Horan reminded One Directioners why they love him so much. One again he reassured his young fans they had not seen the last of 1D. Horan told iHeart Radio listeners they had nothing to fear from the 1D hiatus. The reunion will happen.

“There’s going to be plenty more One Direction shows. It’s a guarantee, so it’s not a case of one more show… yeah there’s definitely more than one One Direction show left, that’s a fact.”

Niall Horan has told One Directioners from the beginning that the break would have an end. There would be a 1D reunion. Before the hiatus even began, Horan predicted to fans that the band would take about 18 months. Other band members also said between one and two years. Niall has never said anything different. Would Niall lie to fans? No. They will be back.

Niall Horan said in another interview just last week that a One Direction reunion was “inevitable.” He clarified it a bit more in this interview. Horan is letting fans know the band will be around for a long time according to Digital Spy. The hiatus, with its musical advancements and its much-needed rest as well, will ensure 1D’s continued success into the future.

One Direction’s silver-voiced boy Niall Horan is growing up musically as well as physically, but he’s still a fun loving boy at heart. He is always having a great time and that is just how he rolls. Niall is a wellspring of fun, optimism, and joy of just being alive.

Niall Horan explained his approach to writing music over the hiatus. He does it when he wants to, but he’s having his plenty of time off so he’s not pushing himself. Niall kind of writes on the fly. Horan is coming up with ideas while he’s playing golf and traveling. Then he goes into the studio and writes. He records simply and leaves the studio to do their magic with the recordings.

One Direction’s Niall Horan is enjoying the break. He has been traveling extensively. He spent eight weeks backpacking in East Asia. He’s gone to golf tournaments, boxing matches, and other sports events. He’s brushing up on his golf game all the time as well. Niall isn’t pushing himself because that is not conducive to his own unique creative process. Horan told iHeart Radio he was making up for lost time, going to events.

“This was meant to be our year off… so I went traveling at the start of the year, and when I got back, I went into the studio to do a bit of writing, just because I can, and because I want to. So in between — when I’m not in the studio — I’m hitting golf balls, or watching sports, or going to all the events that I haven’t been able to go to for the last 5 years.”
