‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Patty’s Escape Plan Fails, Mariah Caught In The Act, And Sharon Goes On The Run With Sully

The Young and the Restless teased big drama ahead for the residents in Genoa City during the week of October 10. The spoilers hint that Patty’s (Stacy Haiduk) escape plan fails when her brother, Paul (Doug Davidson) intervenes. Sharon (Sharon Case) begs Mariah (Camryn Grimes) to help her conspire to get Patty on board with her plan. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Sharon feels the walls coming in on her and she escapes Genoa City with Sully in tow. She refuses to give up Sully and believes the only way to keep him is to go on the run.

Soap Opera Digest reports that Patty is growing nervous about Sharon turning her back on the escape Stonevale plan. Sharon hasn’t forgotten about the plan, in fact, it’s the only thing she can think about. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Sharon brainstorms for a way to keep Patty behind bars and keep her baby boy tucked in her arms.

The Young and the Restless spoiler tease that Sharon thinks the best option is to convince Patty to “act crazy” so they transfer her to another facility. Sharon plans to tell Patty when they transfer her, she will intervene and help her escape to freedom. In Sharon’s mind, it will work because Patty will believe it is a solid plan, but in reality, it will give her a one-way ticket to solitary confinement. Mariah listens to the plan but isn’t sure it will work.

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Mariah is worried that her mother is not in the right frame of mind to see Patty again. Mariah suggests that she go see Patty instead and explain the plan to her, reports Soap Central. In Mariah’s mind, she is protecting Sharon from unraveling and implicating herself in Patty’s escape plan. Mariah doesn’t realize that in protecting Sharon from getting caught, she places herself in the hot seat.

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Sharon’s motive is to keep her family together. She wants to make sure that Dylan (Steve Burton) never finds out that Sully isn’t his biological child. Since Sharon is going off the rails, Mariah tries her best to keep her mother protected.

Paul decides to visit Patty at Stonevale. Mariah plans her visit with Patty, not knowing that Paul is in the building. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Sharon comes unglued, texting and calling Mariah to give her the heads up. Apparently, Marah never sees any of the messages, but runs into Paul at the mental hospital. Mariah tries to play it cool but realizes that it looks pretty suspicious that she was there visiting Patty.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Mariah worries that when Patty ends up escaping from the hospital, Paul will immediately suspect she helped her. Of course, it won’t sway Sharon from her plan, but puts Mariah visibly on edge.

When the mental hospital breakout becomes an epic failure, Sharon decides she has no other choice but to take her sweet baby boy on the run. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that she knows it would break her heart to give him up, and cannot face Dylan to tell him the long and complicated story. Can Mariah convince Sharon to stay and face the music? Will Dylan leave town after he hands over to Nick (Joshua Morrow)?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Dylan and Nick will learn Sully’s true identity during the week of October 31. Just weeks after that, Dylan will leave Genoa City to find himself.
