Kim Kardashian’s Diet: Reality Star Reportedly Spiraling Out Of Control


Kim Kardashian has reportedly loss nearly 80-pounds on her Atkins 40 diet. According to a newly updated report via People, you can now get her complete diet plan. She has been sticking to the Atkins diet to shed the weight and keep the weight off after giving birth to her son Saint back in December.

Kim Kardashian eats no more than 1,800 calories per day, according to the report. Along with her intense workout plan, Kardashian has dropped nearly 80 pounds of pregnancy weight and has reached her goal weight of 120 pounds. Kardashian has revealed that it’s harder than it looks on her social media accounts.

“Anyone who has had kids knows how your body changes, and it’s hard to get your body back in shape. It takes so much determination, and mental and physical power and energy,” she previously told People.

DAY ONE
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and smoked Gouda
4 oz. Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

Lunch
Grilled lime chicken over spinach salad with a feta-ranch dressing

1 medium carrot and 4 tbsp. hummus

Some fans have wondered if Kardashian has gone too far with her diet since she looked slimmer than usual at Paris Fashion Week. The 35-year-old had fans concerned about her health as they took to social media to comment on her slim frame after seeing the recent photos of her in the City of Love, as reported via The Mirror.

“Is it just me or does Kim Kardashian looking rather skinny [SIC],” one wrote.

“#KimKardashian is getting way too skinny [sic],” another added.

There were some fans who were amazed at Kardashian’s weight loss.

“Has anyone seen @KimKardashian snaps?! SHE SO SKINNY #jealous,” one wrote.

“Kim is sooooooo slim right now. She looks amazing,” another supportive fan wrote.

Kardashian’s nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz, has spoken out about the starlet’s diet and insists that she did pace herself while losing her post-pregnancy weight.

“Because rapid weight loss isn’t healthy for a breastfeeding mom. And so it was a nice balance, a steady weight loss over the past six months after her pregnancy.”

Earlier this month, the mom-of-two revealed on Snapchat that she’s been chowing down on bread and French fries amid the Paris Fashion Week festivities, as reported via E! News. Kardashian even took to Instagram to share photos of her new figure dressed in sheer black ensembles.

Back in September, it was rumored that Kardashian’s diet was getting out of control. Sources close to the reality star told Radar Online that she’s becoming a “psycho” over her diet and fitness regimen as both have affected her personal life. Kardashian has become quite the diva lately as she’s been “barking orders” at everyone around her.

“She’s gone from being body bore to an all-out robot, with nothing else in her life except working out or fixating over her food. Her hormones are totally out of whack and she’s grumpy, over-demanding and tough beyond belief of the people around her. Everyone – from Kanye to her closest friends – has noticed a major change in the way she’s barking orders and refusing to listen. It’s no wonder Kanye’s burying his head in work – Kim’s a b**** on wheels to be around right now!”

But, if her Snapchats are anything to go by, it looks like her diet allows her room to indulge. Kardashian has been laying low since she was robbed and held up at gunpoint inside her Paris apartment just a week ago. She reportedly “blames herself” for flaunting her jewelry and assets and becoming susceptible to a crime.
