Hillary Clinton Is Hated, But Will Win The 2016 Election — 4 Reasons Why She Is The Better Choice

In just a month, the United States will decide who will become the country’s next president. We are down to two options: GOP nominee Donald Trump or Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. For many people, choosing between the pair seems to be a difficult task. They both seem to stir strong emotions — you either love or despise them. They both have brought up important issues in their campaigns. It has made for a very interesting and chaotic 2016 presidential election campaign.

Many of Hillary’s followers admitted that they don’t necessarily like her personally. In a poll, the participants admitted they had a difficult time trusting Clinton, but believed in her vision for our country. Daily Kos reports that Hillary has a long history of achievements that make her a strong candidate and encouraged his readers to vote for her to win the election and not just vote against Donald Trump. The Inquisitr created four important reasons to vote blue during the November 8 election.

Hillary Believes We Need Higher Paying Jobs

Clinton believes that all Americans should make enough money to support their families, without government assistance. She has spoken many times during her campaign about the families that work two or more jobs, just so they can pay their rent and utility bill. Many of them cannot afford child care and food for their families. She hopes that in time, the minimum wage will be increased to at least $12 per hours and fewer people would need to depend on welfare programs.

Hillary Supports LGBT Rights

Clinton promises that she will fight for full federal equality for the LGBT community. She understands LGBT couples are often targeted for violence and harassment which leads to young people feeling hurt, alone, and hopeless. Hillary would like to make the process easier for those Americans that want to change the gender marker on their government-issued identification.

Hillary stated, “There are still too many places where lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans are targeted for harassment and violence. There are still too many young people out there feeling hopeless and alone.”

Hillary Supports Higher Tax Rate For The Rich

Clinton wants the rich to pay their share of taxes. As we’ve seen in recent years, the wealthy class often finds loopholes to avoid paying hefty income tax. The top one percent — defined as earning over $730,000 per year — would see their tax rate jump nearly $80,000 per year, CNN reported.

Under her tax plan, those who earn over $1 million per year would pay a minimum of 30 percent of their income in taxes. She planned to add 4 percent on top of that if the income was over $5 million.

Hillary discovered when talking to her supporters that one of their biggest complaints was the rich was barely taxed at all, and the middle class was the most heavily taxed. She hopes to come to a solution that will benefit all Americans, not just the elite one percent.

Clinton explained, “It’s outrageous that multi-millionaires and billionaires are allowed to play by a different set of rules than hardworking families, especially when it comes to paying their fair share of taxes.”

Clinton Supports A Gun Law Reform

Hillary doesn’t want to take your guns away. Instead, she wants to make sure the people who shouldn’t have access to guns don’t. As part of her gun reform plan, she would expand background checks before gun sales and hopes to get rid of the “Charleston Loophole.”

Clinton plans to keep firearms out of the hands of known domestic abusers and violent criminals by making it a felony for someone to purchase a gun for someone that didn’t pass the background check.

Hillary explained her stance on gun control, “I believe weapons of war have no place on our streets. We may have our disagreements on gun safety regulations, but we should all be able to agree on a few things. If the FBI is watching you for suspected terrorist links, you shouldn’t be able to just go buy a gun with no questions asked. You shouldn’t be able to exploit loopholes and evade criminal background checks by buying online or at a gun show. And yes, if you’re too dangerous to get on a plane, you are too dangerous to buy a gun in America.”

No matter how you feel about Hillary Clinton personally, one fact you cannot deny — she has studied, groomed, and prepared for this journey for years. No person has been more prepared to lead our country more than Hillary Clinton. We do not need to “make America great again” because America is undeniably the best country to live in.
