‘American Horror Story: Roanoke’ Season 6 Spoilers — Seriously, Where Is Evan Peters? [Chapter 5 Preview]

American Horror Story: Roanoke has already introduced a number of strange but interesting characters.

From Lady Gaga’s weird wood witch and Kathy Bates’ mad butcher to Leslie Jordan’s soda drinking medium and Denis O’Hare’s bizarre academic, this season has featured no shortage of oddballs.

One American Horror Story star, however, has been noticeably absent this season.

Where is Evan Peters? And, perhaps more importantly, which character will he play in Season 6?

According to Thrillist, Peters has been very secretive about his role this season, which has left fans with a number of intriguing theories.

Some believe that Peters has already appeared on Roanoke as the piggy man.

Still, others think that Peters will crop up as a relative of Dandy Mott, who appeared back in Freak Show.

And some have argued that Peters is actually a cameraman filming the documentary and might have ties with Gaga’s witch.

Gaga has participated in a few creepy sex acts with Matt (Andre Holland, Cuba Gooding Jr.) and it’s possible that Peters plays their offspring.

Unfortunately, Peters has offered little clues about his part in AHS: Roanoke.

The actor did, however, post a picture of himself with red hair on social media a few months back.

When asked if he dyed his hair for AHS, he replied, “I’m trying to figure out if I can say. Yes, I didn’t do this to my hair.”

Until Peters makes his grand appearance, fans can at least rest assured that he will make his way onto the show eventually.

Not only has Peters confirmed his part this season, but his name is credited on every episode.

Speaking of credits, Romper is reporting that Peters has probably already appeared this season without fans knowing.

With few disguised characters to choose from, this likely means that Peters is the man wearing the pig disguise.

Peters has played costumed characters in the past. Most notably, the actor put on a latex suit on American Horror Story: Murder House.

If Peters is the pig man, then it wouldn’t be out of his wheelhouse.

Little is known about the pig man, except that he deserted the colonist and was caught stealing from them.

The strange character has only appeared in a few quick scenes, including stalking Angela Bassett’s character and roasting over an open fire.

Piggy Man has a clear connection to the hauntings, but there is still a lot about his backstory that remains a mystery.

Of course, there is a possibility that Peters is not the pig man.

No clear evidence has surfaced, though some fans noted the similar body structure between Peters and Piggy Man.

Furthermore, Peters shared a photo of a pig head on Instagram, sparking even more rumors about his role.

Apart from the Piggy Man theory, the idea that Peters will play a member of the Mott family is gaining ground.

According to Pop Crush, Peters’ hair is a dead giveaway that he will play a Mott, who carry the red hair trait in their family.

In Freak Show, Dandy Mott was a serial killer who fell for Sarah Paulson’s character.

If Peters plays a Mott ancestor, then it would be a nice way to tie Roanoke with a previous season and further explore the Mott storyline.

While Peters’ role this season remains a mystery, Movie Fone is reporting that Peters did open up about showing his naughty parts to AHS co-star Jessica Lange.

During an interview with Conan O’Brien, Peters explained how he accidently showed his genitals to the actress.

“Wow, this is terrible. I basically am leaned over Jessica Lange’s desk in a hospital gown, bare-ass, so I put a c**k sock on…. I put it on the c**k, and we did the scene, and afterward, Sarah comes up to me, kisses me on the cheek, and is like, ‘Oh, sweetheart, it’s OK.’ And I was like, ‘What, was I that bad?’ And then I look over and Ms. Lange is telling the PA that apparently my balls were in her face the whole shot…. Apparently, a c**k sock is not just a c**k sock, it’s a c**k and ball sock. So lesson learned…. You’ve got to swoop down and sheathe the balls as well.”
