The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that a few juicy surprises will come out during the week of October 10 on the CBS soap opera. Jack is still reeling over his marriage ending with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). He still can’t believe that his brother, Billy (Jason Thompson), crossed the line and bedded his wife for months without any of the Abbotts’ catching on.
Jack’s family is bracing themselves for a Newman and Abbott family war. The issue for most Young and the Restless fans is not Jack’s battle with Victor, it is that the man we believe is Jack may be Marco Annicelli (Peter Bergman). Could the writers have swapped Jack for Marco without anyone noticing? If Marco is now pretending to be Jack again, would he be out for revenge against Victor for shipping him back to the Peruvian prison last year?
The Young and the Restless spoilers revealed a few weeks ago subtle changes in Jack’s appearance could prove that Jack’s missing and Marco is back. Jack stopped wearing ties to work and wore a button-down shirt, showing part of his hairy chest. For many fans, this was the biggest clue because it was the biggest change the last time Marco stepped into Jack’s life. The last time he wore a tie was two weeks ago—about the time that he discovered that Phyllis and Billy had an affair, Soap Opera Digest reports. Is it possible that Marco was the one that threw Phyllis out of the mansion and Jack is tucked away fighting for his life?
Another clue for the Young and the Restless fans was Jack’s files on his computer that could “destroy” Newman Enterprises. It was a huge clue because until recently, Jack has tried to “keep the peace” with Victor. Why all the sudden would he launch an attack on Victor, just because Phyllis had an affair with Billy? It doesn’t seem to fit his personality which put the Young and the Restless viewers on red alert.
The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Jack may have snapped and channeling Marco by turning dark to seek revenge on everyone who wronged him. The spoilers state that Jack plans to target Newman Enterprises and has some type of scheme to bring Billy down for bedding his wife. As for Phyllis, he plans to make her suffer by giving her the simplest and more humiliating work possible until she quits Jabot Cosmetics and out of his life, for good.
No one blames Jack for feeling hurt and betrayed, but many the Young and the Restless many viewers feel he may be taking it too far. Jack seems to be placing all the blame for the upheaval in his life at Victor’s feet. Of course, the viewers know better, and not everything is the Mustache’s fault.
The Young and the Restless writers have not explained why Jack is having a personality change other than he is hurt by Billy and Phyllis’ betrayal. The fans remain convinced that Jack must have had some type of emotional breakdown or Marco must have slipped back into his place. Otherwise, it doesn’t make sense for Jack to try to take control of Newman by a sneaky and underhanded power move.
The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that as the weeks pass by, we’ll figure out more clues behind Jack’s strange behavior. Is it possible that Marco could be back to torture Phyllis, Victor, and Jack by launching another revenge plot against the Abbotts?
The Young and the Restless airs weekdays only on CBS daytime.
