Brad Pitt ‘Desperate’ To See Jennifer Aniston, Wants To Apologize For Angelina Jolie Cheating?
Brad Pitt is in the midst of a volatile divorce from Angelina Jolie, but the drama of his breakup hasn’t stopped him from thinking about his former wife, Jennifer Aniston, according to a new report. Pitt’s affair with Jolie allegedly resulted in his divorce from Jennifer. Now, he reportedly wants to apologize for cheating on Aniston because he recognizes just how much he hurt his then-wife by having an affair.

The actor is “desperate” to see Jennifer, according to Hollywood Life, which cited an insider who described how the two have already been in touch.
Aniston and Pitt have spoken following Angelina’s filing for divorce from Brad, leading to hopes that he and Jennifer would reconcile, according to the source, who revealed that they even have a face-to-face meeting planned.
The actor, 52, has been struggling since Jolie, 41, announced she was filing for divorce, but a text message from Aniston, 47, brightened his spirits, added the insider. Once he got that text, he became courageous enough to contact Jennifer. The two chatted, and then made the plans for their meeting, according to the source.
Even though Aniston got dumped when Brad hooked up with Angelina while they were filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith, the Friends actress has agreed to meet her former husband at a place with a romantic history. The beach house, located in Goleta, California, was once a “romantic getaway” for Aniston and Pitt prior to their divorce, added the source.
“[The place where Jennifer and Brad will reunite is] the perfect spot because it’s far away from prying eyes.”
As for the chances that Aniston and Pitt will renew their romance, however, there’s a third person in the picture. And no, it’s not Angelina Jolie. Jennifer is currently married, and her husband, Justin Theroux, has become accustomed to his new title of “Mr. Jennifer Aniston.”

Theroux doesn’t take offense if people use that unusual nickname, reported Us Weekly.
“It doesn’t really get under my skin. It’s just one of those things that’s a shorthand for describing who I am,” contended the 45-year-old Girl on the Train actor.
And it’s also a shorthand for just how much he supports his wife.
“[Jennifer] is a proper bada*s,” boasted Justin. “She has lived through a lot of bulls–t. Many people would have crumbled under some of the stresses that have been put on her.”
Consequently, Theroux describes himself as “very proud” of Aniston, considering it a privilege to have her back.
“I’m very proud of her for that, for the way she handles herself. So, in a weird way, it’s an honor to stand behind her,” he clarified. “Truly, in that sense, she’s amazing.”
But when it comes to “amazing,” consider a new report that cites an insider’s revelation regarding how Brad now feels about leaving Jennifer for Angelina.

Brad has experienced a new insight into how Jennifer might have felt when he left her for Angelina, according to a source cited by Hollywood Life.
Now that Jolie has left him, Pitt has decided to apologize to Aniston, shared the source.
“He never properly said to her, ‘I’m sorry I hurt you,’ and that’s what he wants to do,” explained the insider. “In the past, [Brad] was a little glib [about the breakup with Jennifer,] but he wants to make amends, once and for all.”
In addition, the meeting mentioned above that Pitt allegedly has planned with Aniston is “hugely important” to the actor, added the source. Brad reportedly feels that meeting in person will give him the opportunity to take responsibility for causing Jennifer so much heartbreak.
But while the insider describes Pitt as longing to apologize to Aniston, Hollywood Life reports that she has already let go of her emotional pain from having him cheat on her with Angelina. And despite all those Twitter jokes that the Brangelina divorce is “karma,” Aniston reportedly still cares about Pitt.

Jennifer is on Team Brad when it comes to the Brangelina custody battle, an insider told In Touch. Angelina is aiming for full physical custody, and Aniston reportedly is on Pitt’s side when it comes to allowing him to spend time with his children.
“She is firmly on his side in the custody battle,” noted the source. “She can’t help but stick up for him. She knows how much he loves those kids.”
