‘Dance Moms’ Season 6 Spoilers: More Fraud Charges Coming For Abby Lee Miller?

Abby Lee Miller isn’t having a good day, if the latest Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers are any indication. In fact, these latest Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers just might mean the end of the Abby Lee Miller Dance Studio and the show once and for all.

GameNGuide was the first to report on these newest Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers that this might, indeed, be the final curtain call for Miller and her studio, as her elite dancers have decided to walk off and more charges of fraud are pending against her. These two bits of news, combined, suggest that there may not even be a Season 7 of the hit Lifetime show. Further adding to this bit of not-so-good news is that Jojo Siwa doesn’t look like she’s returning to the show, and Dance Moms has also seen a steady decline in ratings since it was announced that Abby Lee Miller would be charged with fraud.

That hasn’t stopped Abby from casting for Season 7, however, and GameNGuide reports that Miller has already cast Camryn Bridges and Daviana Fletcher. But is this more of the proverbial rearranging of the deck chairs on the Titanic?

It is if you believe Blasting News’ latest round of Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers. The site reminds us that even though Abby pled guilty to fraud charges in June of this year, this isn’t the first time that the Dance Moms leader has been charged with fraud. In fact, in October 2015, Abby was charged with and pled guilty to a $5,000,000 fraud charge. And here’s the worse news. Because the June fraud charge was the second fraud charge in less than a year, Abby is not just facing a fine, she’s facing up to 30 months in prison, depending on what the judge in her case decides is the best punishment for her.

None of this bodes well for Miller, who has already requested a reduced fine and a reduced jail sentence from the judge, though no word yet on whether the judge has, or will, honor her request. But Blasting News has also indicated that despite her troubles, Miller is desperate to save the studio from being closed and the show from cancellation, so she’s called in an old friend to help her out, Maddie Ziegler. Is this enough to save the show?

According to Yibada‘s Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers, it just might not be, because even if Abby weren’t facing jail time for her fraud charges, she still is guilty of bad business decisions. As the latest episode of the show demonstrates, she was recently fired by Jill Vertes as Kendall’s manager, after the duo engaged in a screaming match where Miller accused Kendall of being unsuccessful and only interested in riding Abby’s coattails for fame.

“You’re a nobody and you’re nothing!” Miller shouted at Vertes. “You used these kids to put you where you are now!” the latter replied.

Meanwhile, Kendall’s first single, “Wear ‘Em Out,” debuted at No. 1 on iTunes on the first day of its release. At one point, “Wear ‘Em Out” was doing better than Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” on the same iTunes charts. Despite this success, Vertes is concerned that Miller’s possible jail sentence for fraud could have a negative impact on her daughter’s career and she feels it’s best to not have her daughter affiliated with Miller if she can avoid it.

The next episode of Dance Moms Season 6 premieres on Tuesday, October 11.
