LG V20: Price, Release Date, Specs And Features Compared To Google Pixel

LG V20 is a lot different from the V10 and more like the better received LG G5. The LG V20 release date in September was the launch event but the phone won’t come out until later this month.

The LG V20 has an Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, which is yet to be released so the LG V20 release date will follow the Google OS.

Android 7.0 Nougat should start rolling out this month and multiple sources suggest that the LG V20 release date is around October 21.

LG V20 will be the first phone that comes with the Android Nougat, therefore, this information also makes the release date sometime this month to be more likely.

The LG V20 price is yet to be announced. However, phone prices don’t change much and the V10 wasn’t cheap. The V10 was $700 sim-free and the phone was not released in India, UK, or Australia.

While a cheaper price is possible, multiple sources suggest that the LG V20 will be nothing less than $600.

The LG G5 was better received than the V10, however, the sales could improve. Therefore, LG going for a cheaper smartphone is a likely move but the price is still going to be up there.

The LG V20 has a powerful dual camera and front, rear wide angle lenses which take high-quality photos even in the dark. The camera specs are 16 megapixels while Google Pixel XL has a 12.3-megapixel camera.

Other than some software features, the Google Pixel phone is not much different when it comes to specs. The Pixel will likely cost a lot more but that will be the biggest difference.

The latest phone from LG is great for recording HD audio and has Quad DAC for better playback so it is also a great way to play music.

Like the V10, LG V20 will have a removable battery and quick charge capabilities.

Since it is confirmed as the first phone to be released with Nougat, the LG V20 release date will be sooner than Google’s Pixel phone.

The design is much more complex and solid. It looks much more appealing than its predecessor and has a better fingerprint set up.

According to Android Central, it is a much better phone with a more commercial appealing design.

It also has a steady record function, which makes it good for taking videos and the 4K video recording capability makes it a must for content creators.

Overall, this is a good phone for the audiophiles that want a big screen smartphone. It is much better than its predecessor.
