Josh and Amanda have had to weather a fair number of storms since falling in love in Mexico, but so far, they stand united in the face of rumors and challenges from her ex-husband. This past weekend, they took a fun trip together, and it looks like they had a blast.

When Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton first got engaged on Bachelor in Paradise, they were facing a long-distance engagement. She lives in California with her daughters, Kinsley and Charlie, while he is based in Georgia. However, Murray moved to California shortly after the engagement, and that’s where they’ve been ever since. Amanda and Josh have indicated that they plan to move to Georgia with her girls, but so far, they have been living together in California with no talk lately of any changes on the horizon.

This past weekend, however, Murray and Stanton flew together to Georgia, leaving the girls back home, and they seemingly had a blast. The Bachelor in Paradise stars shared quite a few fun updates via Snapchat, Instagram, and Twitter, and they spent a lot of time connecting with his family and friends. The duo took in the University of Georgia Bulldogs football game, and he joked that his fiancee is a Dawgs fan now.

As much fun as these two had during their trip to Georgia, they didn’t stay away from Charlie, Kinsley, or his dog Sabel for long. By Monday, they were back in California where Murray was giving the girls horsey rides and bonding further with them. It seems quite clear that Stanton’s daughters have grown quite close to Josh, and he posts frequently about how much he loves his new family and how it’s all been worth it to get to this point.

What comes next for these Bachelor in Paradise lovebirds? They haven’t shared much in the way of specifics with fans since the show ended, so everybody will have to stay tuned for now. Josh and Amanda have faced numerous rumors regarding the state of their relationship, with sources claiming that they broke up a few times in the early days of their engagement and hinting at ongoing issues.

Her ex-husband has also spoken out about supposed strife the couple has faced, and he has filed legal paperwork to address the custody and spousal support arrangements with his ex. Given those challenges, it may well be that Josh, Amanda, and the girls stay put in California for now and just continue to let everybody adjust to the changes in their family dynamics.
