A woman who was caught performing a sex act on a model dinosaur at a children’s park has been identified, but that is doing little to calm parents who are concerned about what their children may have possibly touched while visiting the park, Fox News is reporting.
The Exmouth Dinosaur Trail is a series of pathways and exhibits, complete with 17 “life-sized dinosaurs,” in the seaside community of Exmouth, in southwest England. The exhibit, which opened August 21, was meant to highlight the Exmouth area’s connection to the Jurassic Coast. Ostensibly, the exhibit was designed to teach children about dinosaurs and give them a fun place to play amongst the toy dinosaurs.

Unfortunately, an adult woman appears to have taken up the wrong definition of the concept of playing with the dinosaurs: last week, photos began appearing on social media showing her, naked from the waist down, performing a sex act on a model of a baby T-rex emerging from an egg.

John Thorogood, a spokesperson for the dino trail, called the disgusting act an “all-time low.”
“It was clearly a deliberately posed photograph of a very immature adult engaged in a sex act. Whilst we have had some deliberate damage to the dinosaurs in past weeks, this episode brings things to an all time low as far as these important and very popular assets to our town are concerned.”
In fact, the dinosaurs appear to have attracted all manner of miscreants and mischief-makers in the few weeks they’ve been open: already a model of a stegosaurus has had its tail knocked off by vandals. And the baby T-rex — the very same baby T-rex on which the woman was caught performing a sex act — has been decapitated at least once.
Nevertheless, Exmouth officials are trying valiantly to keep the park attractive, despite its reputation as a magnet for hooligans. They assure the public that they have already cleaned the dinosaur statue with a “strong disinfectant.”
“We would like to encourage people to continue to visit this wonderful attraction. However, we would also like to remind the public that the dinosaurs are for looking at only and should not be touched or climbed on.”
Parents who have been to the dino trail are concerned about the disgusting act.
“I worry as children play with these dinosaurs, I was disgusted. I feel sick to think that children are anywhere near that.”
Sergeant Richard Stonecliffe of the Exmouth Police says that cops have identified the woman – although they aren’t yet releasing her name to the public – and will be speaking to her.
“We are still continuing our investigations and we have now identified the woman in the photographs who we will be speaking to.”
It is unclear, as of this writing, what charges the woman will face.
This is not the first time someone has faced criminal charges for a sex act — simulated or otherwise — with an inanimate object. In 2014, and unnamed Pennsylvania teenager found himself in a mountain of trouble after he posed for a photo with a statue of Jesus in such a way that it made it appear as if a sex act was being performed on him (the boy). As Christianity Today reported at the time, the teen was facing as much as two years in prison under an obscure Pennsylvania law that forbids desecration of “venerated objects.” Fortunately for the boy, cooler heads prevailed and he was only given probation and community service.
