Gwen Stefani Talks Wedding Dresses, May Need A Maternity Gown When She And Blake Shelton Get Married
Gwen Stefani recently revealed that she’s thinking about designing wedding dresses, and her own circumstances may inspire her to come up with a stylish maternity gown that moms-to-be can wear on their big days. According to a new report, she and Blake Shelton want to have a baby so badly that Gwen is willing to walk down the aisle with a baby bump.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are already engaged, Life & Style reports. Gwen and Blake have allegedly discussed having their own child together already, which could be a challenge since Gwen is 46-years-old. This is likely why they aren’t waiting to try for a baby. According to an insider, Gwen “has no problem walking down the aisle while pregnant.”
The “Make Me Like You” singer reportedly wants to give Blake Shelton his own biological baby because she’s seen “how amazing Blake is with her kids.” Blake has spent a lot of time with Gwen’s sons from her previous marriage to Gavin Rossdale — Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2 — and it’s clear that the boys have bonded with their mother’s cowboy boyfriend. As Us Weekly reports, Kingston can even sing one of Blake’s songs, “God Gave Me You.”
Even though Blake gets along great with Gwen Stefani’s sons, the celebrity power couple can’t help but want to have at least one baby together. According to one of Life & Style’s sources, they’re exploring all available options, including using a surrogate or in vitro fertilization.
“No matter what, Gwen wants the child to be hers and Blake’s baby together. She’s ready,” the insider dished.
Us Weekly previously reported that Gwen Stefani wants to have a little girl with Blake, and if all of the tabloid’s claims about Gwen and Blake’s baby plans are true, the couple has been trying to get pregnant since at least June. However, Gwen appears to be completely baby bump-free so far. As Beacon Street Online reports, she showed off her flat stomach on September 21 at the Oracle Appreciation Event in San Francisco.

As the Belfast Telegraph reports, Gwen Stefani remains coy whenever she’s asked about her plans to settled down with Blake Shelton.
“I’m not really thinking about that right now,” Gwen said when WWD asked her about the possibility of walking down the aisle a second time.
However, during the same interview, Gwen also admitted that she was thinking about wedding dresses. She’s already designed clothing and eyewear for her L.A.M.B. line, and now she’s ready for her next big fashion challenge: designing a line of unique bridal gowns.
“Getting the right partner would be really important in that,” Gwen said. “It’s technically complex but, yeah, I just have a superstrong point of view as far as my taste and what I love.”
As the Huffington Post UK reports, Gwen proved that she’s not a conventional bride by wearing a pink and white ombré John Galliano dress when she and Gavin Rossdale tied the knot in 2002. Hollywood Life has reported that Gwen wants to wear another bridal gown with a pop of color when she marries Blake Shelton, but this time she may go with a light blue hue. It’s the perfect color for a winter wedding, and Life & Style does claim that Gwen and Blake are going to get hitched at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma over the Christmas holidays.
While Life & Style insists that Blake Shelton has already popped the question, Hollywood Life claims that he hasn’t asked Gwen Stefani to marry him yet. However, the tabloid speculates that he plans to do so sometime this month. Gwen’s birthday is on October 3, and an engagement ring would make a great birthday gift, don’t you think?
