‘RHONJ’ Star Melissa Gorga Was Allegedly Arrested For Shoplifting

Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Melissa Gorga, was allegedly arrested for shoplifting in Florida. The incident reportedly happened in 1991 while the reality show star was still Melissa Marco, according to court records details posted by Radar Online.

Gorga and her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice have traded insults and tossed about allegations about each other all season. If the Palm Beach County shoplifting arrest information is accurate, Giudice may end up being the winner of the ongoing family feud. Radar Online also notes that there is still a warrant out for the RHONJ star’s arrest. Gorga was 18 when the alleged criminal activity occurred.

A warrant for Melissa Gorga’s arrest was reportedly issued on October 8, 1997 after she missed her court arraignment several days earlier. The shoplifting case against the Bravo reality show star is still open, according to Radar Online. Gorga’s camp has not yet issued a response to the exclusive report posted on the celebrity website.

Teressa Giuidice’s sister-in-law is most definitely not the first Real Housewives cast member to either have an arrest in their past or be currently facing legal action. Joe Giudice’s hearing on driver’s license fraud was postponed earlier this week for undisclosed reasons. Teresa’s beloved husband allegedly faked being his brother, Pietro, in order to garner a driver’s license in 2010.

The alleged fakery was reportedly sparked by Joe’s suspended license after a driving while intoxicated arrest. The RHONJ hubby allegedly used Pietro’s birth certificate and marriage license to obtain the driver’s license. The brothers do look alike but are far from being twins. The supposed ruse was uncovered after Pietro was pulled over and Joe Giudice’s face came up in connection to the name police officers ran through the system.
