Taylor Swift’s Squad ‘Getting Tired’ Of Her Endless Drama [Report]
Taylor Swift is famous for her supportive squad of girlfriends, but new reports are claiming that Swift’s nearest and dearest are now growing “tired” of her drama following her splits with Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston and recent feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
According to a new report by OK! Magazine, while Swift’s squad have been by her side for years, some members of the girl group, which includes famous names like Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, and Gigi Hadid, are now allegedly distancing themselves from Taylor after her recent slew of dramas.
An insider claimed to the site that Taylor has been feeling “pretty lonely” in the wake of her split from Hiddleston, who she dated for three months after breaking up with Harris, and has supposedly found that her girl squad, and particularly Karlie, have been too busy to be by her side as she deals with the break up.
“Taylor was furious that Karlie didn’t drop everything to be by her side,” a source alleged to the magazine of Kloss, claiming that Swift expected the Victoria’s Secret model to rush to her side following her split with Tom earlier this month.
“Instead [Karlie] partied at Burning Man with Cara Delevingne,” the source said of one of Taylor’s most famous squad members, adding that Kloss supposedly also didn’t spend much time with Swift when she returned to Taylor’s adopted home state of New York.
“Even when Karlie got back to New York, she was back to work at Fashion Week and hasn’t even sent Taylor a quick text,” OK!‘s source claimed.
The insider then went on to allege that Swift’s recent relationship drama with both Tom and her girl squad members has left her feeling “used” and reconsidering some of her friendships.
“[Taylor Swift’s] discovering who her real friends are and she expects much more from her friends,” the insider said, revealing that Swift’s nearest and dearest squad members are growing “tired” of the seemingly never ending drama that seems to surround the “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” singer.
“They’re getting tired of supporting her through endless rounds of drama and her image obsession,” the source claimed.
Taylor and her girl squad are yet to officially speak out regarding the reports claiming that Swift’s friends have left her feeling “lonely” in the wake of her break up with Hiddleston, though the star was spotted out with a Victoria’s Secret model squad member who wasn’t Karlie Kloss just days after announcing her and Tom’s breakup.
Hollywood Life published photos of Swift partying with Lily Aldridge following her most recent split, while Taylor was then spotted just two weeks later catching Gigi Hadid’s New York Fashion show alongside fellow squad member Martha Hunt.
Amid the reports of squad drama, Swift’s nemesis Kim Kardashian also appeared to suggest that at least some of the girls had Taylor’s back during her recent feud with Kim and husband Kanye in a revealing new interview.
In a candid interview with Wonderland magazine, Kim claimed that at least one member of Taylor’s squad texted her in the wake of the reality star’s infamous feud with Swift that boiled over earlier this year.
In a recent cover feature with the magazine, Kardashian addressed her and West’s feud drama with Taylor and confessed for the first time that a number of the girls who are close with the singer “hit [her] up on text” after Kardashian infamously leaked footage of Swift’s phone call with Kanye on Snapchat.
When asked to reveal which of Swift’s infamous squad members contacted her about the feud, which hit fever pitch after Kanye rapped about Taylor in the track “Famous,” Kardashian refused to name names, instead staying tight-lipped and claiming that she wasn’t “petty” enough to name the girls in question.
