Ivanka Trump ‘Looks Like A Princess’ At Presidential Debate, Donald Trump Defends Comment That Rosie O’Donnell Is A Pig

Twitter has erupted with outrage as Trump-watchers respond to the Donald’s defense of his insulting comments about Rosie O’Donnell. Meanwhile, Hollywood Life has declared Ivanka Trump’s outfit a big hit, calling Ivanka a “princess” and “pretty in pink.”

Oh my god, Donald Trump just can’t leave Rosie O’Donnell alone! He’s dissed her several times in the past calling her ‘disgusting,’ and ‘a pig’ at the first presidential debate on Sept. 26, he said she ‘deserved’ it!

Trump has insulted Rosie O’Donnell many times before, calling her “a pig” and “disgusting,” reports Hollywood Life. The mag reports with outrage that Trump made his remarks after Hillary Clinton called him out for his sexist and often vicious comments about women.

Trump defended himself at the presidential debate by saying that Rosie O’Donnell has been vicious to him many times in the past and that nobody felt bad for her after he insulted her. Trump added that Rosie O’Donnell deserved the insults.

Somebody’s who’s been very vicious to me, Rosie O’Donnell, I said very tough things to her and I think everybody would agree that she deserves it and nobody feels bad for her.

The Hollywood Life report states that this seems like clear evidence that Donald Trump ” doesn’t care about proving to women that he isn’t a sexist jerk.” The writer observes that “he’s definitely nowhere near sorry.”

After Donald Trump made the initial remarks, a number of celebrities came out in support of Rosie O’Donnell. The Hollywood Life report provides links to the comments made by the many O’Donnell-defenders, perhaps to disprove Trump’s assertion that “nobody cares” about Rosie O’Donnell.

Lena Dunham, Chelsea Handler, Melissa Etheridge, Seth Macfarlane, Andy Cohen, and John Cusack were among the celebs who spoke out in defense of Rosie.

“Wait… did Trump whine about Rosie O’Donnell there at the end? Does he know where he is? Am I in the ninth circle of Hell?” wrote Seth MacFarlane, questioning whether a man who hurls such insults should be speaking at the American presidential debate.

Andy Cohen marveled at the fact that Trump doubled down rather than apologizing. “Doubling down on @Rosie???? Are you kidding me??” wrote Cohen.

Trump accused Hillary Clinton of bullying him, and revealed that he had planned to say some “rough” things about Hillary and her family at the debate because, in his opinion, Hillary has come after him with some vicious smears of her own. Trump told viewers that in the end he could not bring himself to say the negative things he had planned to say. The Republican candidate implied that he is bigger than that and will not stoop to Hillary’s level!

“I was going to say something extremely rough to Hillary and her family, and I said to myself ‘I can’t do it, I just can’t do it, it’s inappropriate, it’s just not nice. But she spend hundreds of millions of dollars on negative ads on me, many of which are absolutely untrue, and they’re misrepresentations and I’ll tell you this Lester, it’s not nice and I don’t deserve that, it’s not a nice thing that she’s done.”

Hollywood Life end their incredulous report with the words “Wow. Just, wow.”

But lest you think Hollywood Life is 100 percent anti-Trump, they do have some positive words to say about Donald’s 34-year-old daughter Ivanka.

A separate report positively gushes about the outfit worn by the possible future First Daughter.

“Ivanka is usually the epitome of class and her outfit at the debate did not disappoint… Her outfit was so adorable that we almost forgot she’s in her thirties!”

The mag states that Ivanka succeeded in taking some of the focus of Donald and Hillary Clinton in her pretty pink dress and calls Ivanka “a princess.” The reporter praises the potential First Daughter for her composure, writing that Ivanka “glides” through the nerve-wracking events and looks “absolutely gorgeous at every single” one!

“We loved watching her glide and totally blow us away by how composed she looked on a night that must have been nerve-racking for her whole family. But Ivanka has yet to let us down with her style, wearing absolutely gorgeous outfits to every single event she goes to to promote her father’s candidacy.”

Trump has raised eyebrows in the past by commenting that he would likely be dating his daughter… if they were not related.
