Carole Radziwill Dissed For Not Acting Like Bethenny Frankel: Is She Too Political?

Carole Radziwill wasn’t very active on social media when she was filming and watching The Real Housewives of New York, but now that the first political debate is happening tonight between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, she’s been busy. In fact, fans of The Real Housewives of New York don’t get many tweets about the show any more from Carole herself. Instead, Radziwill has been criticizing presidential candidate Donald Trump, and she’s clearly not a fan of him.

According to a new tweet, Carole Radziwill is now being told by Real Housewives of New York viewers that they don’t really care too much about her political tweets. Of course, some followers have reached out to Radziwill because they agree with her political position, while others clearly disagree. But one person advised her to learn from her best friend Bethenny Frankel and keep the political chatter to a low.

“My mind is open to intelligent thoughtful discourse not an arrogant name calling bully who thinks he is right #Smug,” Carole Radziwill revealed on Twitter, to which a person replied, “As a housewife fan of yours, take your friend Bethenny’s lead; she’s silent when it comes to politics. It’s a better look.”

It seems like this person really wants Carole to stop sharing her opinion, even though Twitter is a public platform where she can share her thoughts and feelings. And this particular follower seems to be the only person who doesn’t agree with Carole Radziwill’s decision to share her political position on the social media network. Radziwill does seem to be very passionate about her stance against Donald Trump.

“That is Bethenny’s choice. I choose to speak out. I can not be silent when we are close to electing an ignorant man as president #countryfirst,” Carole Radziwill replied to the follower.

The follower deleted the tweet after Carole replied.

One can imagine she will be very active tonight, as the first presidential Debate will air on television. This will be the first time in this race that the two candidates will face one another on television and debate about important issues. This is really a great chance for the candidates to show what they’ve got. But the follower did get something wrong about the housewives’ political opinions. Bethenny Frankel isn’t silent when it comes to the presidential race, but she isn’t as active as Carole Radziwill.

“Bethenny actually isn’t silent. She’s talked politics on her radio show. She’s quite anti-Trump,” one person wrote, while another added, “Bethenny openly talks about when she attended a Clinton fundraiser… Nothing wrong with using your voice!”

Radziwill may be keeping The Real Housewives of New York away from her Twitter account when the show isn’t on. The stars aren’t allowed to tweet anything about the plot or what is going on when they are filming. At the moment, the ladies are not filming in New York, but it sounds like Bravo may be thinking about starting up again soon. One can imagine they want to capture Luann de Lesseps’ wedding in Miami on New Year’s Eve. But no word on whether Radziwill will be returning to the show next season.
