Jennifer Aniston: How She Plans To Avoid Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Divorce Talk Ahead Of Movie Release

Jennifer Aniston is desperate to avoid talking about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in future interviews, knowing very well that this will be the main topic on everybody’s mind.

Aniston, who has covered thousands of tabloid magazines since parting ways with Brad in 2005, has never really been able to catch a break from the split, Hollywood Life shares, adding that Jennifer has no actual intentions of ever speaking about her ex-husband’s failed marriage.

She’s aware that people are rooting for her, calling the collapse of Brangelina’s marriage karma, but now that it’s been well over a decade since they split up, along with the fact that Jennifer Aniston is now happily married to Justin Theroux, the last thing she wants to do is to open old wounds.

Aniston is said to be nervous about doing her promotional tour for the two movies she’s starring in this year, and she’s under the impression that the entire interview will be about Brad and his soon-to-be ex-wife. It’s something that she just doesn’t want to talk about, but at the same time, it’ll be hard for her to avoid it because every interviewer will bring it up, a source explains.

“Jen wants to avoid making any comment on the divorce for as long as possible or ever. She knows someone is going to ask her about it, but she wants it to happen when it is so far removed from being fresh in people’s minds,” the insider reveals.

“She knows this will always be part of her story, but the more she can avoid it from her side of things the better.”

Back in 2007, just two years after finalizing her divorce with Brad Pitt, the former Friends co-star told In Style magazine that despite having her man stolen to another woman, Jennifer did not carry any ill feelings towards Angelina or her ex-husband, which were further quoted in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter.

She acknowledges in the interview, as revealed by the Daily Mail, that the tabloids became fascinated with fabricated stories about her supposed jealousy towards Angelina for ruining her marriage, but truth be told, Aniston declares that there’s no rivalry between herself and Jolie — she’s moved on from the relationship and would love for people to do the same.

“The triangle with my ex-husband – and that there’s a feud there. It’s a constant. It’s a story headline that won’t go away…a story that has nothing to do with reality,” she told the outlet at the time.

However, to no one’s surprise, the tabloids continued their saga of lies even ten years later.

The We’re the Millers star has stressed in the past that the allegations that are made about her and Brangelina do tend to make her feel uncomfortable, especially since there’s only so many times one can deny and shut the rumors down; the fabricated stories will continue to be printed.

If Jennifer Aniston finds herself in a position where she’s forced to talk about Brad and Angelina’s divorce, it’ll be very brief. For the most part, sources are under the impression that Jen-An will take the easy option and tell her team in advance to have the interviewers never mention her ex-husband and his soon-to-be ex-wife in any of the questions.

Their split does not concern Jennifer, nor should it affect her the promotional tour for her upcoming movies this year.
