‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 6, Episode 1 Sneak Peek — Plus, The Dragon Returns And Script Teasers [Spoilers]
Once Upon A Time fans, get ready. Season 6 premieres on ABC network in only a few days. To get an idea of what to expect, a sneak peek for Episode 1, titled “The Savior,” was uploaded to YouTube.
OUAT spoilers are ahead. If you don’t want to know what to expect when the fairy tale drama premieres, then stop reading.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, a spoiler roundup revealed everything that is known about Season 6. In the sneak peek for “The Savior,” which can be viewed below, not much is shown. However, there is a romantic scene between Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) and Emma (Jennifer Morrison) aka “Captain Swan.” There is also something that mysteriously arrives in Storybrooke.
In the beginning of the promo clip for the Once Upon A Time Season 6 premiere, Hook and Emma are making out. Suddenly, everything in the house starts shaking, like there is an earthquake. However, there is nothing natural going on. Hook and Emma go outside to investigate, and there is a shadow coming from above. Looking above them, they see an airship hover over Storybrooke.
Besides the sneak peek clip, the synopsis for “The Savior” was released, according to Carter Matt. It reveals that fans should expect a lot in the Season 6 premiere of Once Upon A Time.
“As our heroes set out to stop Hyde, Emma develops a mysterious side effect, and Storybrooke becomes a haven for refugees from the Land of Untold Stories. Meanwhile, Regina and Zelena embrace their newfound sisterhood by becoming roommates, while Rumple tries to free Belle from the sleeping Curse with the help of a stranger. In flashback, Jafar confronts an afflicted Aladdin in Agrabah, and a secret about the Savior is revealed.”
Executive producer Adam Horowitz has been busy on Twitter. He has been tweeting script teases, which are getting OUAT fans even more excited. One features Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Charming (Josh Dallas). They sound like they are headed somewhere, and Charming yells for her to stop. He picks up a stick and throws it, which reveals a net flying up. Snow replies that they must have been in a hurry and adds they are amateurs.
Another script tease focuses on Rumple (Robert Carlyle) and Belle (Emilie de Ravin), also known as “Rumbelle.” Rumple reassures Belle that something is just fine, and it isn’t even chipped. In response, she thanks him. It sounds like this must be from a dream. Perhaps it is when Rumple enters Belle’s dreamscape. As Once Upon A Time fans know, when Season 6 premieres, Belle will still be in a sleeping curse and inside the box. Giles Matthey was cast as Morpheus, the Greek god of dreams. He is supposed to have scenes with both Rumple and Belle.
Horowitz also tweeted another script tease that focuses on Mr. Hyde (Sam Witwer) and Emma. It appears that Emma takes him up on some sort of offer. She replies with a snappy comeback.
“Keep calling me ‘girl.’ See how that works out for you.”
Entertainment Weekly reported that the Dragon is returning in Season 6. Tzi Ma is reprising his role as the character in OUAT. He was first seen in Season 2 and it was believed he was taken down by Tamara (Sonequa Martin-Green). However, the Dragon then appeared in the Season 5 finale when the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) ripped out his heart. However, he is apparently still alive since he will appear in Season 6. It was teased by EW that the Dragon might be under the Evil Queen’s control.
