Shannon Beador On Tamra Judge: Are They Friends After Mother-In-Law Drama?

Shannon Beador thought it would be a fun night with her children as they performed their first hit, Dreamcatcher, for friends and family members on Monday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Beador was super surprised and thrilled to see that the girls pulled it off, but it sounds like she was even more surprised when her mother-in-law showed up unannounced.

Apparently, her daughters had told her about the event, and she decided to show up to support them, even though Shannon and her mother-in-law don’t get along. But grandmother Donna didn’t talk to Beador directly. Instead, she opened up about the family troubles to Kelly Dodd and Tamra Judge.

According to a new tweet, Shannon Beador is now revealing whether she’s friends with Tamra after she decided to talk about the comments that were made on the show. Judge decided to tell Shannon that her mother-in-law had told her that she had pushed David to have an affair.

Of course, Donna thought that her son could do nothing wrong and that Shannon Beador pushed him to cheat on her. When Tamra shared that news with Shannon, she flipped out, yelled at her husband, and rushed out of the party. So, does she have regrets?

“Do you regret telling Shannon that second about what her mother in law said?” one person asked Tamra, who replied with, “Not sure. She was telling us she lied all the time so I didn’t think she would get upset.”

But Shannon Beador doesn’t think that Tamra did anything wrong. Rather she’s happy that Judge was open and honest about what was said, as that’s what friends do. Sure, she may not have had the best reaction, but she was clearly upset about what her mother-in-law was saying about her.

“Nope. Would have been upset has she not said anything. That’s what friends do,” Shannon chimed in.

As it turns out, Shannon Beador and Tamra have actually remained close friends since this incident. They supposedly talk every day, and they stay in touch. When Judge brought up the comments made by Beador’s mother-in-law, it was clear that she didn’t want to hurt her more. She just wanted her to know all of the facts and know everything that had been said about her behind her back.

While Kelly Dodd was also targeted by her mother-in-law with some harsh comments, it sounds like she didn’t want to get involved as she and Beador had just made peace. But some people thought that both Tamra and Kelly were bad friends and Shannon should quickly find new friends.

“Shannon Beador, sorry but Tamra Judge and Kelly are not your friends,” one person wrote to both Tamra and Shannon Beador, to which Tamra wrote back, “Are you crazy?”

“If I don’t get a text from Tamra by 10 something is wrong. One of my best friends…,” Beador replied, sharing that they do talk quite a bit these days, even after The Real Housewives of Orange County has come to an end.

It sounds like Tamra’s newfound Christianity and Beador’s family troubles may have brought them closer together. One can imagine that Shannon Beador has found support and advice by talking to her co-star and opening up about her struggles. While Judge and Vicki Gunvalson used to be good friends, it sounds like Beador may have stepped in to take over the friend role.

What do you think of Shannon Beador’s decision to stay friends with Tamra Judge? Do you think Judge handled the situation correctly since Beador’s reaction wasn’t exactly predictable?
