Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine Feud Gets Fierce On ‘The Voice,’ Does Miley Want To Quit?

Miley Cyrus, known for going from a Disney Channel sweetheart to a “Wrecking Ball” style singer, surprised everyone when she accepted the opportunity to slide into one of those over-sized coach chairs on The Voice. Competing against old-timers Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, Cyrus has joined Alicia Keys this year to make it the first time that the singing competition has featured two female coaches. But that’s not all that the show is starring this year. There also are reports of a fierce feud that has fired up between Miley and Adam.

Us Weekly points out that Cyrus is known for being unique, and the singer has lived up to that reputation on The Voice. But she also made time to throw shade at Levine during the fierce competition.

When Adam questioned Miley on her decision about whether or not turn around, she promptly mocked him in return.

“I’m trying to help you,” taunted Cyrus.

It wasn’t all directed at Levine, however, Miley also dissed Blake by making fun of one of his favorite phrases, “I’m a fan.” Shelton clapped back at the pop music princess.

“How can you have flowers on your jacket but be made of cold ice inside?” questioned Blake.

But beyond the playful banter, has a wrecking ball rolled into the midst of the coaches this season? That’s the report from Radar Online, which cites an insider claiming that Cyrus is causing problems with her attitude.

The source, described as “close to production” on The Voice, revealed that despite his years of experience at 37, Levine is having issues adjusting to wild child Miley, 23.

“Adam and Miley are at each other’s throats this season and Adam acts like he cannot stand her.”

Although viewers will see what looks like teasing dialogue, it’s a different situation between Cyrus and Levine when the cameras are turned off, revealed the insider.

“He does not talk to her when the cameras are not rolling and seems like he really wants nothing to do with her,” added the source.

Radar also has reported that Levine previously has had issues with several new coaches on previous seasons of The Voice. However, the feud that the singer has with Cyrus is “different,” clarified the insider.

This feud reportedly doesn’t just consist of Adam feeling annoyed with Miley, however. Levine and the other new female coach, 35-year-old Alicia Keys, have become pals. They have more than just a friendship, however, according to the source.

“Alicia has taken Adam’s side in his stance against Miley.”

In addition, the insider revealed that the two have formed a “pact” that involves an agreement to assist one another.

“They have kind of made a pact to help each other out and side with each other to make sure that Team Miley does NOT win this season!” summed up the source.

Cyrus is struggling to deal with the hostility towards her on The Voice, and it’s gotten so bad that she wants to quit, according to a source cited by OK.

“Miley’s dying to get out of there,” revealed the insider. “Things are so bad. She’s had enough.”

The source described Cyrus as “in tears” on an almost daily basis as a result of Levine.

“[Adam] tears apart everything Miley does,” explained the insider.

There are four coaches, but it’s Cyrus who has become Levine’s “favorite target,” revealed the source. Making it even worse is Adam’s decision to enlist his buddy Blake to “gang up” on Miley, according to the insider.

“She feels like it’s a boys’ club and that she’s all alone.”

After the coaches recently recorded promos for The Voice, Levine reportedly exploded at Cyrus, with the source describing the war of words between the two.

“This will be your first and last season,” Adam allegedly said.

“If I have anything to do with it, it will be your last season, too!” retorted Cyrus, according to the insider.
