Daenerys Targaryen is on the horizon with dozens of battleships in tow. Are we seeing yet another record-breaking battle scene in the seventh season of Game of Thrones?

It’s been months since Game of Thrones wrapped up with Season 6, but the whole Game of Thrones-watching community just couldn’t quite sit tight with all the rumors and spoilers popping up here and there. With production of Game of Thrones Season 7 in full swing, it’s about time some blood-filled information made its way to Game of Thrones fans all over the world.

Daenerys is finally joining the bid for the throne, and the whole Game of Thrones community is cheering behind her. Game of Thrones Season 6 left us with a blood-thirsty Daenerys Targaryen on her way to Westeros with her army of Dothraki and Unsullied. So are we smelling another record-breaking battle scene to her name?

Game of Thrones delivered some of the most breathtaking and expensive episodes like “Hardhome,” “Blackwater,” and “Watchers on the Wall.” But last season’s “Battle of the Bastards” was one that exceeded all expectations, Entertainment Weekly reports. With 600 crew members, 500 extras, 70 horses, 25 shooting days, and more than $10 million dollars to that episode alone, Game of Thrones’“Battle of the Bastards” became a battle legend that will be the one to beat for years to come.

With Game of Thrones outdoing itself season after season, we can only expect an even more explosive and more expensive battle scene to happen in Season 7 — and this time around, the queen of the dragons will be at the heart of it. Well if Daenerys’ huge fleet to Westeros isn’t convincing enough, information straight from Spanish grounds might.

Last week, Watchers on the Wall, dedicated to all things Game of Thrones, translated a Spanish casting call for extras to star in a Game of Thrones episode. The complete casting call made by ModExpor International read that they are looking for extras of all races available for shooting in Cáceres, Trujillo, (also found in Cáceres province) or Malpartida, from November 14 to December 15.

They specifically identified that some of the characteristics they’re looking for are:

– Thin people
– Men in good physical conditions- for soldiers. They mentioned that they “will value those with military experience.”
– Men with short/medium/long hair and women with long hair.
– People with very modern hairstyles will be removed from the casting. Hair color has to be uniform, without streaks, and has to be natural hues – they don’t accept colors such as green, blue, pink, etc.
– Men should be prepared to be grow or cut their facial hair, if needed.
– They prefer locals, and generally people who will actually be living in the Cáceres area during filming.
– Extras can have no visible tattoos.

So what kind of people in Game of Thrones are exactly with military experience and have shaved heads and faces? Oh right, Daenery’s Unsullied. If the casting is looking to shave some heads, might as well say that they are looking for Unsullied warriors.

Game of Thrones is taking advantage of the beautiful land of Spain to shoot Season 7, and Spanish site Los Siete Reinos has some news as well regarding the filming. Translated again by Watchers on the Wall, apparently HBO people are looking for a number of horses for the filming. And what people in Game of Thrones are immensely linked to large beautiful equestrians? Oh right, the Dothraki. Los Siete Reinos also notes that the casting call is looking at at least 450 extras to make the cut. That’s pretty much at the same number as last season’s “Battle of the Bastards!”

With these reports, it looks like Daenerys’ Unsullied and Dothraki troops are in for a huge fight. And it’s no long stretch to hypothesize that Daenerys is out for Lannister blood, too. Is the huge battle brewing going to be between Daenerys and Cersei? If this is true, for once, we are seeing an alpha female all-out war, and that surely is one interesting battle. With a new director, Jeremy Podeswa, at the helm of Game of Thrones Season 7, Vanity Fair reports, we’re expecting interesting new turns in the next season.

Game of Thrones Season 7 is expected to return summer next year.
