Alien UFO Spacecraft ‘Exchanged Plasma’ Over Washington D.C. And Hovered For More Than Two Hours

In an unusually bizarre and baffling testimony, a witness reports sighting two mysterious orb UFOs “exchanging plasma” while hovering in the air over Washington, D.C for more than two hours.

According to the unnamed witness in a report filed as Case 79086 by the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), the strange sighting began at about 7:40 p.m. on August 30, 2016, after he stepped out to the front porch of a friend’s house where he was babysitting.

The UFO sighting lasted more than two hours until he went to bed at about 10:00 p.m.

The witness insisted that he couldn’t have been the only one who saw the strange display of apparently exotic alien UFO technology over Washington, D.C. It appeared that the authorities were also aware of the incident because the witness spotted a small fleet of helicopters apparently searching the area early next morning, Open Minds TV reports.

The witness reported that after stepping out to the front porch of his house at about 7:40 p.m., he was looking westward over the top of several buildings in his neighborhood when he noticed a bright orb of light in the sky. At first, he thought it was a star but he then realized the light was too bright to be a star. Then it occurred to him it might be Venus.

“I was just relaxing and enjoying the nice evening,” he told MUFON. “I was looking out overtop a couple of buildings. Straight ahead of me, just over the buildings, I noticed what, at first, I thought to be a star but then realized it was a bit too bright and I thought it must be Venus.”

But when the bright orb UFO blinked twice, on and off, he realized it was not Venus.

And as he watched wonderingly, a second orb appeared from behind the first.

“So now I’m staring at two orbs,” he said, “I’m shocked and my mind is not processing this because I just don’t know what this is.”

The two orb UFOs began orbiting around each “like two boxers bobbing and weaving in the ring,” he said.

The orbiting movements were not random but appeared to be targeted toward accomplishing a specific objective.

After moving in circles around each other for a few minutes, the two orb UFOs assumed stable relative positions, and each began emitting a mysterious substance that the witness described as “plasma energy” only because he could not think of a better term to describe what he saw (see image above).

The stream of “plasma energy” flowed from each orb UFO toward the other and joined midway between them.

“I’m using the term ‘plasma’ because it’s the only word I can think of that best can describe what I was seeing,” he said. “This plasma met between them and joined the two orbs together.”

The two orb UFOs remained joined together by their emitted plasma for a few seconds. Then the plasma withdrew and the crafts became separate once again.

The second UFO then began spraying plasma toward the first.

“The secondary orb now sprays plasma at a slightly upward angle toward the primary orb,” he reported. “Imagine a garden hose tilted at an upward angle and seeing the individual water streams come down. These were plasma streams coming down on to the primary orb.”

When the stream of plasma from the second UFO reached the first, it formed a perfect circle consisting of red dots around it.

The red dots forming a “perfect circular shape” around the first UFO remained visible for a few seconds before disappearing.

The witness was perplexed. He couldn’t make any sense of the aerial spectacle unfolding before his eyes.

“Now I’m absolutely perplexed and I don’t know what I’m seeing,” he said. “I rubbed my hands on my eyes for about two seconds.”

When he looked again the two orb-shaped UFOs appeared to have merged and transformed into a disc- or cigar-shaped flying craft with blinking lights distributed around its edges.

The craft then rose into the air until it reached a point in the sky below the clouds. It stopped and hovered with flashing and blinking lights, and a cloud around it. The flashes amid the clouds were very bright, but they could not be mistaken for rain or storm clouds and lightning, the witness said.

After watching the craft hovering for a few minutes, the witness went inside the house at about 7:45 p.m. and found an old pair of binoculars. But they were not of good quality. However, he went out of the house multiple times to observe the hovering craft using the binoculars. And because of the poor quality of the old binoculars, he was unable to see any details besides flashing multi-colored lights in the air.

He recalled that at about 8:30 p.m., an airplane appeared from the north flying lower than the UFO.

“It [the airplane] did not alter its path,” he said. “It flew a little to the east (closer to me) and a little lower than the UFO. It may have been a passenger jet preparing to land at National Airport.”

“Whoever was piloting that plane had to have seen the UFO hovering there.”

The mysterious UFO continued hovering in the sky until about 10 p.m. — two hours and 15 minutes after it first appeared — when the witness, exhausted from watching it hovering, went to bed.

“At 10 p.m., before I went to bed, I checked to see if the craft was still there,” he told MUFON. “It had moved maybe a few hundred feet to the north.”

From his position about.75 miles from the UFO, he guessed it was hovering over an area including the Washington International School, the Washington National Cathedral, and the U.S. Naval Observatory.

The witness was certain he was not the only one who saw the craft hovering over the area for more than two hours. Others must have seen it too but were probably unwilling or afraid to come forward.

“I find it hard to believe that I could be the only person to have witnessed this.”

The authorities may have been aware of the mysterious incident because the witness reported that early next morning he saw a formation of helicopters flying in the area where the UFO had been hovering.
