Manchester United will travel to Vicarage Road to face Watford as they look to bounce back from the Europa League loss in midweek.

Jose Mourinho's Manchester United suffered a shocking defeat in the Europa league on Thursday, which means Manchester United have now lost two games in a row since the arrival of the "special one."

United will be without Armenian international Henrikh Mkhitaryan due to a thigh problem. Eric Bailey sustained a slight knock against Feyenoord, but he is expected to start against the Hornets. If he fails to do so, Chris Smalling will partner with Daley Blind in the heart of defense.

Bastian Schweinsteiger will not play any part in this game. The German has been exiled from the first team by Mourinho, and his availability this season remains a complete mystery.

Stefano Okaka will not be available for the game due to a hamstring injury that he picked up in his debut game last week, as reported by BBC Sport. He is expected to miss a month of action.

Younes Kaboul and Sebastian Prodl are both doubtful to play their part against Man Utd. The duo will face late fitness tests, which will determine their availability.

Manager Jose Mourinho said the following about this game.

"It is a new event, it is another match. It starts minute zero at 0-0 so I think it has nothing to do with the previous two matches."

"But obviously when you lose matches, the mood, the feeling, is not the same. That's normal. But I think we are experienced players and the players are very good guys and I know they want to win and work, so that's what we have to do."
